Still not arrived 15 minutes after the ordered time and cannot be reached by phone, and no call although the number was received.

Zum Zeitpunkt war dann kein Taxi da, nachdem wir 15 Minuten gewartet haben und die angegebene Telefonnummer mehrmals erfolglos angerufen haben, konnten wir Gott sei Dank ein anderes Taxi finden (um diese Zeit auch nicht einfach). I absolutely cannot recommend it! We ordered a taxi to the airport online for 3 a.m. and the appointment was confirmed to us by email. At the time there was no taxi, after waiting 15 minutes and calling the given phone number several times without success, thank God we were able to find another taxi (not easy at this time).

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen! Mussten uns ein anderes Taxi nehmen. Ordered a taxi to the airport, got a confirmation and then the taxi just didn't come. Nobody can be reached on the telephone number. Absolutely not recommendable. Hands off this company! Had to take another taxi for us.
