M	Martin Rockenschaub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein toller Platz am Fuss der beeindruckenden Burgruine. Wir waren diesmal als Gruppe hier und hatten Gulasch vorbestellt. Das wurde über offenem Feuer im Kessel im Freien warm genacht. Man kann rundrum gemütlich sitzen und plaudern. Perfekt. Auch als Ausflug mit der Familie sehr zu empfehlen. Die Burgruine ist recht gross, kann kostenlos besichtigt werden und bietet vom Turm einen super Ausblick. Bei der Taverne gibts neben Verpflegung noch ein kleines aber interessantes Museum. Auch eine Ladestation für eBikes gibts, wenn man Glück hat kann man beim Brotbacken dabei sein und vieles mehr. Zufahrt bis zur Taverne per Schotterstrasse möglich, weiters 2 vorgelagerte Parkplätze mit kurzem Spaziergang bzw kleiner Wanderung. A great place at the foot of the impressive castle ruins. This time we were here as a group and had pre-ordered goulash. That was warmly slept over an open fire in the kettle outdoors. You can sit comfortably all around and chat. Perfect. Also highly recommended as an outing with the family. The castle ruin is quite large, can be visited free of charge and offers a great view from the tower. At the tavern there is a small but interesting museum in addition to food. There is also a charging station for eBikes, if you are lucky you can be there to bake bread and much more. Access to the tavern via gravel road possible, further 2 parking spaces in front of it with a short walk or a short hike.

Nach einem 1km Fußmarsch auf der Forststraße und einem Besuch der Burg wollten wir dort etwas essen.... Leider alles wie ausgestorben! Kein Schild nichts. Einfach alles zu... Ein NOGO und sehr schade Allegedly opening times daily from 8 a.m. until long after sunset. After a 1km walk on the forest road and a visit to the castle, we wanted to eat something there ... Unfortunately everything was dead! No sign nothing. Simply everything to ... A NOGO and a shame
m	micro Data on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren vor kurzem auf der Ruine Prandegg, ein schönes Fleckerl kann man sagen. Anschließend noch auf ein Getränk und was zu Essen in der Taverne. Waren schon mal auch früher dort, ... Der Wirt hat jetzt einen neuen Kellner, ist sehr sehr freundlich und auch sehr nett, ... hat rote Schuhe an, ... leider war das Essen wieder nicht in Ordnung, Spieß mit noch rohen Fleisch, Fisch nicht ganz durch. Der Wirt hat sich nicht geändert. Immer noch ein Choleriker, frech usw.. Dem neuen Kellner würde ich 5 Punkte geben, dem Chef nur eine Null. The host now has a new waiter, is very, very friendly and also very nice, ... has red shoes on, ... unfortunately the food was not okay again, skewer with me raw meat, fish not quite through. The landlord hasn't changed. Still a choleric, cheeky, etc. I would give the new waiter 5 points, the boss only a zero. Greetings from Markus
S	Sugar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nett. Schönes Ambiente. Der Junior is sehr nett, der Senior passt ned wirklich ins Lokal, oder hatte er einen schlechten Tag? Wenn ja, darf er das bitte nicht seinen Gästen spüren lassen. Kind. Nice ambience. The junior is very nice, the senior doesn't really fit in, or did he have a bad day? If so, please do not let his guests feel that.
K	Keimling Wals on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war das Schnitzel wie auf Nachfrage versichert wurde,nicht frisch paniert und in der Pfanne gemacht.(Es war wohl ein fertiges Schnitzel ohne Fleischstruktur).Auch der Salat war nicht mit Dressing angemacht,er hatte nur etwas Essig,das wars.Dafür war der Preis geschmalzen.Will dort nicht mehr essen!! Unfortunately, the schnitzel was, as was assured on request, not freshly breaded and made in the pan. (It was probably a ready-made schnitzel without meat structure). The salad was also not made with dressing, it just had a little vinegar, that was it the price puffed up. Don't want to eat there anymore !!
S	Stefan Kaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Taverne zu Prandegg wurde jetzt schon mehrmals besucht. Wir kommen ein paar Mal im Jahr her. Der Wirt und seine Köchin sind immer besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf unsere Wünsche wird direkt eingegangen. Das Schnitzel und der Salat schmeckten sehr gut und die Atmosphäre rundherum passte auch. Die selbstgebastelten Mitbringsel sind eine tolle Ergänzung. Ein Spaziergang durch die alten Mauern der sich direkt daneben befindlichen Burgruine Prandegg ist recht empfehlenswert. The Prandegg tavern has now been visited several times. We come here a few times a year. The landlord and his cook are always particularly friendly and courteous. Our requests are dealt with directly. The schnitzel and the salad tasted very good and the atmosphere was just right. The homemade souvenirs are a great addition. A walk through the old walls of the Prandegg castle ruins right next to it is highly recommended.
