I am not currently in the best health, and the hike was tough, but I am so glad that I made myself do it. Exploring this place made the walk up 100 percent worth it. There is almost completely free reign to explore the ruins. At times, I kind of felt like Indiana Jones!?

If you go on longer hiking trips, you can stay in their sleeping cabins. Franz is the manager and he is always nice and friendly.
