Das Gebäude wird 2018 um 1,5 Millionen Euro generalsaniert, es kommt eine Arztpraxis in den ersten Stock, im Erdgeschoss sind verschiedene Vereine angesiedelt, am Platz vorm Gebäude wird alljährlich das Fischerfest veranstaltet. Wenn der Platz ordentlich gestaltet wird ist das der Platz für kleine Veranstaltungen und Events. Die Taverne wurde nach der Generalsanierung am 9. September 2018 offiziell eröffnet.
One of the oldest buildings in Trieben, built in Anno Domini 1654. The building will be completely refurbished in 2018 for 1.5 million euros, a doctor's practice will be on the first floor, various clubs are located on the ground floor, and the fishing festival is held every year on the square in front of the building. If the place is designed properly, this is the place for small events and events. After the general renovation, the tavern was officially opened on September 9, 2018.
