Baubeginn war im November 2012, die Übergabe an die Bewohner erfolgte im Jahr 2014.
 With a construction period of around 18 months, the housing cooperative Ennstal has built 12 age-appropriate senior housing with supervised living on a plot of the town of Trieben - in a central location. Construction began in November 2012 and the transfer to the residents took place in 2014.
