★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophe. Reperatur dauerte doppel so lange wie versprochen, aber auch nur weil ich mehrfach per Telefon auf die Fertigstellung gedrängt hatte. Herausgabe des Firmen-Gerätes nur gegen Barzahlung (warum???) und seitens des Mitarbeiters von Target Service in Fragestellung ob ich das Geräte überhaupt jetzt schon brauche. Danke, nie wieder!
Catastrophe. Repair took twice as long as promised, but also because I had repeatedly pushed by phone on the completion. Publishing the company device only for cash (why?) And on the part of the employee of Target Service in question whether I need the device at all now. Thanks, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die gesamte Abwicklung war wirklich einwandfrei! Sehr freundliches Personal und auch die Kosten sowie die Wartezeit bis man sein Handy wieder bekommt sind im vergleich zu Epos oder sonstigen Reparaturstellen echt super!
Konnte mein handy nach 4h wieder abholen und musste nichtmal bezahlen da die Reparatur ein Garantiefall war (Akku-Tausch) und das auch ohne Apple Care.
The entire process was really flawless! Very friendly staff and the costs as well as the waiting time until you get your cell phone again are really great compared to Epos or other repairs!
I was able to pick up my cell phone after 4 hours and didn't even have to pay because the repair was a warranty case (battery replacement) and that even without Apple Care.
