Anstelle einer Geschenkkarte erstellen, mit die kann ich weiter einkaufen, zahlt mir das Unternehmen jetzt das Geld zurück. Lächerlicher, unprofessioneller Service in Feldkirch Filiale. Lieber kundenfreundlicher ONLY daneben.
 Employees, including branch managers, do not know their own rules. Online orders, if it doesn't fit, can be exchanged for a gift card in the store. This is clearly stated on the return sheet. Branch manager doesn't do this and claims I just have to send it back. Instead of creating a gift card that I can use to continue shopping, the company will now pay me back the money. Ridiculous, unprofessional service in Feldkirch branch. Dear customer-friendly ONLY next to it.
