Wenigstens ist der Laden klimatisiert und sehr übersichtlich gestaltet so das man alles schnell findet. Some trainers are very motivated and competent, others are more bored. Some of the courses are useful and helpful, some are easy to use. At least the shop is air-conditioned and very clearly arranged so that everything can be found quickly.

Daneben gibt es am Institut etliche Möglichkeiten, um seine Qualifikationen zu verbessern u. beruflich weiterzukommen. Auch andere nützliche, etwa sozial-pädagogische u. praktische Hilfestellungen gibt es am Institut. Ist zu empfehlen. Job suche beim Computer am Montags, wir hatten eine andere Trainerin gehabt. Sie war ned motivierend sondern wir haben den Gefühl gehabt ,wir sind sozial schmorotzer... Only 2 days English is a little bit if you want to learn. We had a very good trainer. She was sooo motivating. Thank you Jelena. Looking for a job at the computer on Mondays, we had another trainer. It wasn’t motivating, but we had the feeling that we are socially hotter ...

Auch wenn es Fehler einer Trainerin ist , wenn sie nicht in den kurz kommt dann müssen wir am Freitag kommen und wir wissen nur ein Tag vorher bescheid dass wir am Freitag in den Kurs kommen muss ! Bürokratie ist hier am schlimmsten! Trainerin redet am meisten nur auf eigene Sprache mit Teilnehmerinnen (afghanishe) der die ausländische Sprache nicht auskennt bleibt einfach dort setzen, ohne was zu lernen! Very disorganized staff and trainer! We must come the day when we are free! Even if it is a mistake of a trainer, if she doesn’t make it, then we have to come on Friday and we only know one day in advance that we have to come to the course on Friday! Bureaucracy is worst here! Most of the time, the trainer only speaks in her own language with participants (Afghan) who do not know the foreign language, just sit there without learning anything!
