The one small one with the chin-length hair is very unfriendly and laughs even when certain cigarettes are out and often doesn't even speak German, if possible usually go somewhere else, that doesn't work! unfriendly!

I cannot understand the negative reviews. Both the boss and the staff were very friendly with me and I go shopping there regularly.

HALLO! Zuviel Geschäft?? ?Leute!! ? Für "Diejenigen", die auf einen normal angemessen freundlichen Umgangston WERT legen,150m weiter in der Johann-Strauß-Strasse gibts auch eine Trafik?dort gibts auch einzelne Packungen/per Bankomatkarte Extremely unfriendly staff! And that is not the exception but the rule! Since the junior boss is on it too! I dared to ask a question about (his) cigarette machine ... His behavior could not be surpassed in arrogance / ignorance! HELLO! Too much business ?? ?People !! ? Falsche Zigaretten im Automaten. Empfehle diese Trafik nicht weiter. Very unfriendly, the staff kicked you, you were hardly greeted, questions were answered disparagingly. Cigarette machines mostly empty. Fake cigarettes in the machine. Do not recommend this tobacco shop.

Wenn man fünf Minuten vor der Schließung was braucht ist die Tür bereits zugsperrt mit dem Kommentar "Auf MEINER UHR IST ES BEREITS 12:15!!!!!!!!!" Braucht man eine Beratung traut man sich nicht einmal zu fragen. Unfortunately totally unfriendly. You are not even greeted. If you are lucky, the machine is filled up at the weekend. If you need something five minutes before closing, the door is already draft-locked with the comment "IT'S ALREADY 12:15 ON MY WATCH !!!!!!!!!" If you need advice, you don't even dare to ask.
