Im Endeffekt war mein bereits online bezahlter Paketschein ungültig (nachdem er in der Trafik zu oft gescannt wurde) und ich wurde mit meinem Paket wieder nach Hause geschickt. Nach einem Anruf bei GLS wurde mir mitgeteilt, das das Problem nicht an der Software, sondern an der Verkäuferin in der Trafik lag. Was ich heute gelernt habe: Ich gehe nicht mehr in diese Trafik und ich versende meine Pakete wieder mit der Post Weitere Merkmale: Sehr kleine Trafik mit kaum Platz. Eine Dame hat heute beim umdrehen ein halbes Regal umgeschmissen, da sie mit ihrem Schal hängen geblieben ist. Beim Verlassen des Geschäftes wird einem noch ein höhnisch betont "Schönes Wochenende" gewünscht. Das wars wieder mal! I have only been in this business for years when there is no other way. Und wenn man mal eine Frage zu einer neuen Zeitschrift hat, die momentan nicht beantwortet werden kann, beim nächsten Besuch wird sie beantwortet. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr nett. Auch Fr. Susanne, die immer für einen Schmäh zu haben ist. Sie versucht immer mir mehr Geld abzunehmen, als meine Pension hergibt. Natürlich nur im Spass!!!
