B	Bernhard Englisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert....Habe vor meinem Besuch angerufen gefragt was alles benötigt wird um mein Auto anzumelden, außerdem wurde die VB 2 Tage vor dem Besuch vom meinem Versicherungsmakler hingesandt um alles vorzubereiten....vorbereitet wurde nichts bei dem ersten Besuch wurde ich weggeschickt weil 1 Stempel gefehlt hat (was im 21ten Jahrhundert sicher telefonisch oder elektronisch zu überprüfen wäre wenn man will) und beim 2ten Besuch ist dem Herren dann aufgefallen das er doch keine Taferl für Wiener ausstellen kann...(Unternehmen 10 Meter von Wien entfernt).... Genau so eine Arbeitsweise erwartet man sich von einer kompetent unabhängigen und kundenorientierten Zulassungsstelle TOP nur weiter so Not customer-oriented .... Have called before my visit what everything is needed to log my car, also the VB was sent two days before the visit of my insurance brokers to prepare everything .... nothing was prepared at the first visit I sent away because 1 stamp has been missing (which in the 21st century would be sure to check by phone or electronically if you want) and at the second visit the gentleman then noticed that he can not issue Taferl for Viennese ... (Company 10 meters from Vienna away) .... Exactly such a way of working one expects of a competently independent and customer-oriented registration office TOP just keep it up

Es wäre schön, wenn andere Versicherungsmakler/Zulassungsstellen hier ähnlich wären. A very friendly and competent team. have been using their services for years and have never been disappointed. Auch die Zulassung für MI kein Problem, alles rasch und unkompliziert erledigt, danke! Friday afternoons are not a problem here, the opening times are perfect for those who work regularly. Approval for MI is no problem either, everything done quickly and easily, thank you!
