O	Olli P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am 18.11.20 um ca 16 uhr gemeinsam mit meinen Mann in der Trafik und muss sagen die ältere blonde Frau die uns bedient hat war äusserst unfreundlich. Meinen Mann hat sie sehr herzlich begrüßt (für meine begriffe etwas zu überfreundlich) und mich hat sie kaltschnäuzig ignoriert. Das ist mir allerdings nicht zum erstenmal passiert bei dieser '' Dame'' sondern bereits des öfteren. Und das in zeiten wie diesen wo jeder Unternehmer froh sein muss wenn er diese krisengebeutelte zeit heil übersteht. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Für uns hat sich dieses Geschäft definitiv erledigt denn soviel unfreundlichkeit muss sich niemand bieten lassen. Auch wenn wir ganz in der nähe wohnen so nehmen wir zukünftig einen weiteren weg auf uns und werden unsere Zigaretten usw in einem anderen Geschäft wo man freundlich gegrüßt und bedient wird kaufen. Mir tut es leid um den Inhaber doch er sollte sein Personal mit mehr bedacht auswählen. Ein alter Spruch sagt wenn eine faule Traube im Fass ist so schädigt sie alle anderen Trauben ebenfalls. Was on November 18, 2020 at around 4 p.m. together with my husband in the tobacco shop and I have to say the older blonde woman who served us was extremely unfriendly. She greeted my husband very warmly (a bit overly friendly for my terms) and she ignored me callously. However, this has not happened to me for the first time with this '' lady '' but has happened several times. And that in times like these where every entrepreneur has to be happy if he survives this crisis-ridden time safely. All other employees are very nice and friendly. For us this business has definitely done because nobody has to accept that much unfriendliness. Even if we live very close by, we will take another route in the future and will buy our cigarettes etc. in another shop where you will be greeted and served in a friendly manner. I'm sorry about the owner, but he should choose his staff more carefully. An old saying goes when a rotten grape is in the barrel it damages all other grapes as well.
