Daher ein gnädiger Stern Abzug. Very kind lady. Unfortunately, she forgot to activate the SIM card she had bought, which caused a lot of trouble and unnecessary trips. Hence a gracious star deduction.

Die beiden Damen bemühen sich sehr und sind auch sehr freundlich, man köpnnte fast sagen sie machen ihren Job mit vollen Elan. Der Chef persönlich ist ein sehr netter Mann und bemüht sich sehr um seine Trafik. Ich kann jedem der gerade in der Gegend ist nur empfehlen einen blick in dieses ausgezeichnete Tabakgeschäft zu werfen. Außerdem hat er coffe to go, das perfekte um in der Früh wach zu werden. - S This is an excellent tobacconist with competent and well trained staff. The two ladies are very helpful and are also very friendly, you could almost say they do their job with full vigor. The boss personally is a very nice man and is very concerned about his tobacconist. I would recommend anyone in the area just to have a look at this excellent tobacco shop. He also has coffe to go, the perfect way to wake up in the morning. - p

Ich habe meine Mutter geschickt, dass sie mir ein Liquid Melone ohne Nikotin mitnimmt wenn sie wieder nachhause kommt und da sie nicht die Ahnung hat von Liquids hat sie mir erzählt, dass sie die Mitarbeiterin 2mal freundlich gefragt hat ob da eh kein Nikotin drinnen ist, weil ich kein Nikotin zu mir nehmen darf. Die Mitarbeiterin reagierte sehr gereizt und schnauzte meine Mutter einfach an mit : ''ich habs ihnen eh schon 2mal gesagt'' mit so einem unfreundlichem Ton und mit einer unfreundlichen Mimik, das meine Mutter schon mit ihr streiten wollte. Aber da meine Mutter freundlicher ist, hat sie es gelassen. Wenn ihr die Arbeit nicht gefällt dann soll sie sich dann eine bessere Arbeit suchen und nicht wenn sie unzufrieden ist es an Leuten auslassen. Früher bin ich gerne hingegangen aber jetzt werde ich/wir mir/unser Liquid es wo anders holen auf der Thalia, wo es noch freundliche Trafikanten die ihre Arbeit zu schätzen Wissen . 07.07.2021 Very unfriendly employee. I sent my mother to take me a liquid melon without nicotine when she comes home and since she has no idea about liquids, she told me that she asked the employee twice in a friendly manner whether there was no nicotine in there anyway, because I am not allowed to consume nicotine. The employee reacted very irritably and simply snapped at my mother: `` I've already told you twice anyway '' with such an unfriendly tone and an unfriendly facial expression that my mother wanted to argue with her. But since my mother is friendlier, she left it. If she doesn't like the job then she should look for a better job and not take it out on people when she is dissatisfied. I used to like going there, but now I / we will get it for myself / our liquid somewhere else at Thalia, where there are still friendly tobacconists who know how to appreciate their work. 07/07/2021
