Jedoch hat mich die Tatsache, daß auf der Homepage die Öffnungszeiten offensichtlich falsch angegeben sind und ich am Samstag vormittag vor geschlossenen Türen stand, dazu bewogen eine schlechte Beurteilung abzugeben. Ich habe auch versucht, das Geschäft telefonisch zu erreichen, jedoch ebenfalls ohne Erfolg. Natürlich kann jeder Kaufmann sein Geschäft öffnen wann er mag (abgesehen von den gesetzlichen Öffnungszeiten), aber dann soll er die Öffnungszeiten auf seiner Homepage entsprechend korrigieren. Ich bin extra aus dem 3. Bezirk gekommen, um mich hinsichtlich Pfeifen-Tabak beraten zu lassen und auch um Einiges zu erwerben. Derartige Vorkommnisse habe ich in Wien leider des öfteren erfahren. Man ist offensichtlich wirklich auf den Internet-Handel angewiesen. Ich würde mich gerne hinsichtlich Service, Beratung und Verkauf eines in Wien ansässigen Geschäftes bedienen. Leicht ist das aber nicht. Unfortunately, I cannot give a meaningful rating yet. However, the fact that the opening times are obviously wrong on the homepage and that I was standing in front of closed doors on Saturday morning prompted me to give a bad assessment. I also tried to contact the store by phone, but again to no avail. Of course, every merchant can open his shop whenever he likes (apart from the legal opening times), but then he should correct the opening times on his homepage accordingly. I came specially from the 3rd district to get advice on pipe tobacco and to buy some things. Unfortunately, I experienced such incidents quite often in Vienna. Obviously, you really need to rely on internet trading. I would like to use a shop based in Vienna for service, advice and sales. But that's not easy.

Cigar selection is not only large, but also well chosen. The boss is very interested in the product and takes a lot of time to give advice.

At Lukele the large walk in humidor is kept at optimum climate and his selection of especially Dominican, Hondurian and Nicaraguan Cigars is marvellous. His very good knowledge of the products gives the possibility for wonderful conversations over a Cigar that can be smoked in a cosy cigar corner in the shop. A clear recommendation for aficionados and cigar lovers!
