I	IVANOV IVANOV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 STERN Die Apotheke ist Katastrofe Ich und meine bekanten kaufen nie wieder dort Am 18.3.2020 hab ich eine antibiotik bestelt normal muss fur 3 wochen gelifert werden und ich hab gedaht vileicht wegen Corana wird dauert 4-5 wochen ist ok. Aber leute SORRY hab das medikament bekomen vom paar tage jetzt ist schon halbe Juli vorbei und ich brauche die tableten nicht mehr. Das sind 4 monate und jedes mal wen hab nahgefragt was ist los mit meine bestelung AUSREDE WAR WEGEN CORONA verspatert. SORRY aber fast alle Lieferdienste hat funktioniret beim Corona masnamen nur bei diese Apotheke nicht Und dazu ich wollen das storniren noch vom zwei monate wen hab gesehen das diese apotheke ist nicht im ordnung aber vom dort hat mir gesagt das get nicht. Jetzt muss ich uber 60€im mistkubel schmeisen wegen diese unkorekte Apotheke Sonst personal ist nett aber arbeit ist unter jede kritik Schoine tag 0 STAR The pharmacy is a disaster Me and my friends never buy there again On March 18, 2020 I ordered an antibiotic. Normally it has to be delivered for 3 weeks and I might have said that because of Corana it will take 4-5 weeks. But people SORRY got the medication from the couple of days now half July is over and I no longer need the tablets. That is 4 months and every time someone asked what is wrong with my order EXCLUSION WAS SPATIOUS CORONA. SORRY but almost all delivery services did not work with the Corona name only at this pharmacy And in addition I want to cancel from two months ago who saw that this pharmacy is not in order but from there told me the get not. Now I have to throw over 60 € in the crap because of this incorrect pharmacy Otherwise staff is nice but work is under any criticism Schoine day

A	Alexandra I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there this evening with a gash on my hand after a bicycle accident, bleeding pretty bad and I asked the pharmacist working at the window (Nachtapotheke ) for a swab with some alcohol so I can clean my wound and stop the bleeding. She came back with a spray and told me it costs 20 euros. I had no money with me, I asked her as humanly as possible to help me with at least a drop of disinfectant. She refused to help me although she saw I was bleeding bad. What can I say? I was speechless. Inhuman and mean. Will never ever step foot in this pharmacy again!

It took me 20mins to go back and I tried to return them the lady named Nicole first told me she normally dont do returns but she gotta check the products. She checked and everything was fine but then at the end she was like "im not giving your money back" just like that? Terrible SCAM dont go to this place! Its a total unfair situation that normally someone who cares about their customers would have had agreed the return because we all can make mistakes.
