Leider sind die Wartezeiten oftmals länger da viel los ist. Very friendly advice, the ticket system works very well and should be used wherever possible. Wenn etwas nicht geht dann doch bitte am Anfang sagen und nicht die Zeit der Kunden verschwenden! (Editiert) Kleines Update: Beim Saturn in der Innenstadt freundlich bedient worden und in 25 min war alles erledigt! 1.5 hours for a new contract registration. Die negative Resonanz, liegt überwiegend an der Unwissenheit des Verbrauchers. Da ich an meinem Zweitsitz das Internet von einem anderen Anbieter beziehe habe ich auch den direkten Vergleich. Bei 4 -maligen Besuch immer Technikprobleme entweder Drucker funktioniert nicht oder das System nicht. Männlicher Mitarbeiter spricht negativ über seinen Arbeitgeber. very incompetent staff. Ich war für eine Vertragsverlängerung im Shop, hab das Handy gratis bekommen und spare mir im Monat sogar noch 10 Euro. Hier wird nichts verkauft was der Kunde nicht braucht.
