L	Land Rover 4x4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Förderung österreichischer Unternehmen durch Shöpping? Leider NEIN! Der Ansatz lokal bei Shöpping zu kaufen ging ordentlich in die Hose. Nach Ablauf der angegebenen Lieferzeit von einer sehr großzügig angesetzten Woche für einen lagernden Artikel habe ich Syswork telefonisch und per Chat kontaktiert. Nach der wohlverdienten Mittagspause meldet sich ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter und gibt mir umfassend Auskunft. Kompetent, freundlich und um den Kunden bemüht - Syswork 5 Sterne wert aber mit Shöpping leider keine 2. Ich kaufe gerne wieder bei Syswork aber sicher nicht über Shöpping! Promoting Austrian companies through shopping? Unfortunately, no! The approach of buying locally at Shöpping went really wrong. After the stated delivery time of a very generous week for an item in stock, I contacted Syswork by phone and chat. After the well-deserved lunch break, a very friendly employee reports and gives me comprehensive information. Competent, friendly and looking after the customer - Syswork is worth 5 stars but unfortunately no 2 with shopping. I would like to buy from Syswork again, but certainly not through shopping!
D	Dennis Schubert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert. Nicht wegen der Produkte, sondern wegen der Wahl des Lieferdienstes - DPD. Paket wurde am 26.01 von DPD übernommen und am 31.01 ging es dann endlich mal in die Auslieferung. Natürlich hatte der Fahrer keinen Bock und liefert es direkt in das 2KM entfernte Paketcenter. Es gibt unter den Paketdiensten wirklich kaum Licht, aber DPD und Hermes sind das Letzte und wer diese Zusteller nimmt, muss sich auch gefallen lassen, dass man diese als Teil des Gesamtservices sieht. Not recommended. Not because of the products, but because of the choice of delivery service - DPD. The package was taken over by DPD on January 26th and on January 31st it finally went into delivery. Of course, the driver didn't feel like it and delivered it directly to the parcel center 2km away. There is really hardly any light among the parcel services, but DPD and Hermes are the worst and whoever uses these deliverers must also put up with the fact that they are seen as part of the overall service.
B	Benedikt Haller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnelle Lieferung, hatte dann nach wenigen Wochen ein Problem mit dem Produkt, wurde sofort, unkompliziert und freundlich bearbeitet, defektes Produkt wurde mit gratis Rücksendelabel retourniert und nach wenigen Tagen habe ich schon das Ersatzprodukt bekommen. TOP Service! Fast delivery, then had a problem with the product after a few weeks, was processed immediately, uncomplicatedly and in a friendly manner, the defective product was returned with a free return label and after a few days I received the replacement product. TOP service!
M	Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen! Rücksendungen werden nicht bearbeitet, auf diverse Mails wird nicht reagiert. Der Kundenservice geht überhaupt nicht. Ich warte seit mehreren Woche auf die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Bei der Firma habe ich kein gutes Gefühl mehr !! Lieber die Finger von der Firma lassen. Die Versendeten Artikel funktionieren nicht einwandfrei. Not recommendable! Returns are not processed, and various emails are not responded to. The customer service doesn't work at all. I have been waiting for the purchase price to be reimbursed for several weeks. I don't have a good feeling at the company anymore !! Better to keep your hands off the company. The items sent do not work properly.
