Mir wurden alle fragen sofort und so gut es geht beantwortet! Verlässliche und schnelle Lieferung trotz corona und das Tier war mehr als nur vorsorglich und sicher eingepackt! Bin alles in allem sehr zufrieden und werde in Zukunft definitiv öfter dort bestellen!! Wirklich nur zu empfehlen!!
Extremely nice and polite way of dealing with customers! You can write to the owner on WhatsApp at any time, which I find very practical! All of my questions were answered immediately and as best as possible! Reliable and fast delivery despite coronavirus and the animal was more than just packed as a precaution and safely! All in all I am very satisfied and will definitely order there more often in the future !! Really can only be recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Express und Heatpack bestellt, 2 Tiere jedoch tot angekommen. Auf Nachfrage zu Ersatz kam nur "kann ich ja nichts dafür wenn die Tiere sich häuten". Ersatz wird hier keiner gegeben. Werde wohl mein Geld über Paypal zurückfordern.

Ordered with Express and Heatpack, but 2 animals arrived dead. When asked about a replacement, the only answer was "I can't help it if the animals shed their skin". No replacement is given here. Will probably get my money back through PayPal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schneller Versand und erst versendet, als die Temperatur stabil genug war. Spinne war gut verpackt und die Filmdose war in einer weiteren Verpackung mit Luftlöchern, die ich auch noch super nutzen kann für andere Tierchen. Die Spinne war natülich wohlauf!
Super fast shipping and only shipped when the temperature was stable enough. The spider was well packaged and the film canister was in another packaging with air holes, which I can also use for other little animals. The spider was of course fine!
