Sie haben 1 Woche lang keine Antwort gegeben und das Paket ist angekommen... ganz negative Erfahrung. You write to customer service for free ... I wanted to cancel an order and immediately written to customer service. They did not answer for 1 week and the package arrived ... totally negative experience.

Ob fachkundig oder nicht kann ich nicht beurteilen da ich seit fast 6 Monaten das selbe kaufe. Jedoch können sich die Verkäufer die Kunden nicht merken obwohl ich alle 10 Tage einen Sack Futter hole. Und wenn man die Verkäuferin darauf anspricht das eine gute Verkäuferin sich nach so langer Zeit Stammkunden merken könnte, um nicht immer an der Kasse diskutieren zu müssen um seine % zu bekommen. Bekommt man frech die Antwort das ist nicht ihre Aufgabe hier und das in einem Ton das man eigentlich ohne zahlen das Geschäft verlassen sollte. Also Produkte 5 Sterne Personal würde ich 0 geben. The products are great and if they were not, I would not go shopping there. The staff is in my opinion more than rude. Whether expert or not, I can not judge because I have been buying the same for almost 6 months. However, the sellers can not remember the customers although I get a bag of food every 10 days. And if you talk to the seller on the fact that a good saleswoman could remember after such a long time regular customers, so as not always having to discuss at the cashier to get his%. If you get the naughty answer that is not their job here and in a tone that you should actually leave without paying the deal. So products 5 star staff I would give 0.

Wir, jetzt nur mehr meine kleine Rasselbande, AISHA, GLEN und CAT, sind mit dem Futter sehr zufrieden.
