Von kompetenter Beratung, über überpünktliche Lieferung, motivierter Monteure (die in Eiseskälte in nur einem Tag das komplette Lamellendach aufgebaut haben), bis hin zu einer Topproduktqualität! Wenn jetzt noch die Verblendung, die nachträglich zur Abdichtung gemacht werden muss, so einwandfrei umgesetzt wird, gibt es keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt! In the meantime we have made our own experiences and our expectations have been more than exceeded. From competent advice, over-punctual delivery, motivated fitters (who set up the complete lamella roof in just one day in the freezing cold), to top product quality! If the facing, which has to be made afterwards for sealing, is implemented so perfectly, there is not a single point of criticism! It looks so great and we are overjoyed with our choice! l	leo lavender on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wintergartenmarkise Reparatur: Ein Sturmschaden an meiner ca. 16m2 Markisenanlage, machte eine Komplettreparatur nötig. Die gängigen im Internet zu findenden Markisenfirmen, auch mit 24 Stunden Service, waren entweder nicht in der Lage in annehmbarer Zeit zu reparieren oder reparieren ausschließlich Ihre Eigenmarken! Die Enttäuschung war groß, da die Plane frei durchgehangen ist und der Schaden noch größer hätte werden können. Nur das Team von SunShadow konnte fachgerecht in drei Stunden alles wieder in Ordnung bringen. Es wurde ein neuer Motor mit einer neuen Sturmsicherung eingebaut, die Plane wieder aufgezogen und die Fernbedienung samt Somphy App installiert, überprüft und eingestellt. Das Team (inkl. Chef und Sekretärin) war sehr sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat rasch und kompetent gearbeitet! Alles funktioniert nun wieder bestens! Ich kann die Fa. SunShadow jedem begeistert weiterempfehlen, der kompetentes, freundliches und qualitativ bestes Service erwartet und bekommen will. Großes Lob der Fa. SunShadow! Conservatory awning repair: A storm damage to my 16m2 awning system made a complete repair necessary. The common awning companies to be found on the Internet, even with 24 hour service, were either unable to repair in a reasonable time or only repair their own brands! The disappointment was great, as the tarpaulin was slack and the damage could have been even greater. Only the SunShadow team was able to fix everything professionally in three hours. A new motor with a new storm protection system was installed, the tarpaulin was raised again and the remote control including the Somphy app was installed, checked and adjusted. The team (including boss and secretary) was very, very friendly, helpful and worked quickly and competently! Everything works fine again now! I can enthusiastically recommend SunShadow to anyone who expects and wants to receive competent, friendly and high-quality service. Big compliments from SunShadow!

Die Beratung von Herrn Alispahic war sehr kompetent und er hatte bei einem Termin bei uns zu Hause gleich alle Muster sowie ein Modell mit. Die Lieferung ging recht flott und einen Montagetermin konnten wir gleich im Anschluss vereinbaren, sodass wir Anfang August unser neues Lamellendach inkl. Beleuchtung sowie Senkrechtmarkise genießen konnten. Alles in allem eine gute Beratung, eine schnelle Lieferung und ein super Produkt! After much deliberation, we decided on a louvred roof in June. The advice from Mr. Alispahic was very competent and he had all samples and a model with him at an appointment at our house. The delivery went very quickly and we were able to arrange an assembly date immediately afterwards, so that at the beginning of August we could enjoy our new louvre roof including lighting and vertical awning. All in all, good advice, fast delivery and a great product!
