J	Johanna Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe meine Lautsprecher dort reparieren lassen, weil sie grausam gerauscht haben. Reparatur an sich gut, nur kann ich eine Box nicht mehr verwenden, weil ein Plastikring, den ich zur Befestigung in der Box benötige, nicht mehr mit zurück geschickt wurde. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, man hätte den Karton weggeworfen, in dem das Ganze dort ankam, und nie gesehen, dass da noch was drin lag - allerdings hatte ich den Ring mehrfach mit Paketklebeband am Lautsprecher befestigt: Das heißt, man konnte nicht NUR den Lautsprecher aus der Schachtel nehmen. Weitere Emails wurden ignoriert, auch eine in der ich gefragt habe, wie man den Plastikring nennt, damit ich selbst nach Ersatz suchen kann, falls es das noch gibt. Aber ich werde einfach ignoriert und hab nur mehr eine funktionierende Box statt zwei. Have my speakers repaired there because they have been cruelly roaring. Repair in itself good, but I can not use a box anymore, because a plastic ring, which I need for attachment in the box, was not sent back. On demand it was said that they had thrown away the box in which the whole thing arrived there, and never saw that there was something else in there - but I had repeatedly attached the ring to the speaker with tape: That is, you could not ONLY the speaker take out of the box. Other emails were ignored, including one in which I asked how to call the plastic ring, so I can even look for a replacement, if that still exists. But I'm just ignored and just have a working box instead of two.
K	Kriz Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine 25 Jahre alten Infinity Surround Lautsprecher sind echte Sammlerstücke, keine einzige Box hatte Kratzer, Dellen oder Schrammen - zurückbekommen habe ich sie aber mit Kratzern, abgebrochenen Noppen und überall Kleberreste, das finde ich wirklich sehr schade. Wer seine Lautsprecher so liebt wie ich meine - dann bitte Finger weg! My 25-year-old Infinity Surround speakers are real collector's items, not a single box had scratches, dents or scuffs - but I got them back with scratches, broken studs and glue residue everywhere, which is a real shame. If you love your speakers as much as I think, hands off!
W	Werner Hauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 kaputte Sicken bei 15 Jahre alten LS erneuert. Alles wieder wie neu. 2 neue Boxen hätten ein Vielfaches gekostet. Kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Bin sehr zufrieden. ? 4 broken beads replaced on 15 year old LS. Everything like new again. 2 new boxes would have cost a lot more. I can recommend it to others. I am very pleased. ?

Die Kommunikation könnte besser sein, aber am Ende des Tages zählt das Ergebnis und das ist sehr gut. Danke :) I already had the second pair of bass speakers repaired (bead repair). Communication could be better, but at the end of the day it is the result that counts and that is very good. Thank you :)
