Die Baudauer hatte aber aufgrund des Winters länger gedauert. This is a company with which you can talk well about details, had a complex house and this was great implemented, including planning. The construction duration had lasted longer because of the winter.

Bei Änderungswünschen oder Fragen war die Leitung immer erreichbar. Wir waren innerhalb von 9 Monaten belagsfertig. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Correct & competent company. Priced, it is a bit in the upper midfield, but the quality is right. For change requests or questions the management was always available. We were ready for coating within 9 months. I can only recommend!

Es gibt aber eine transparente Aufschlüssung der Kosten, aber doch deutlich über dem Angebot. Good advice in a friendly and nice atmosphere, even if the house offered in the ad suddenly costs a lot more. However, there is a transparent breakdown of the costs, but clearly above the offer.

Der komplette Bau hat einwandfrei funktioniert und wurde von einem externen Bausachverständigen begleitet. Vorallem die Zusammenarbeit mit Hrn. Pretzner war wie es sein muss. Immer erreichbar. Immer kompetent und ein verlässlicher Partner in der Zeit des Bauens. Nach unseren Erfahrungen kann ich das Unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen. Have built with favorites. Are very happy with the result and feel very comfortable in the new home. The entire construction worked flawlessly and was accompanied by an external construction expert. Above all, working with Mr. Pretzner was as it should be. Always available. Always competent and a reliable partner in the construction phase. B	B I A N C A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Subfirmen ( z.B.großer Bagger wird am 4.9.2020 um 5:30-6:00 in der Dunkelheit mitten im Wohngebiet unter großem Lärm abgeladen ) kennen die Lärmschutzverordnung in Bad Vöslau entweder nicht oder werden anscheinend nicht ausreichend von Favoritbau informiert oder einfach ignoriert. An Samstagen wird teilweise, zuletzt 5.9 bis 13:00 noch immer gearbeitet, obwohl die Verordnung seit 2,5 Jahren bekannt sein sollte ( z.B. Sa. ab 12:00 Ruhe ). Leider war der Bauleiter am 5.9. nicht erreichbar. mfg The sub-contractors (e.g. large excavators are unloaded on 4/9/2020 at 5: 30-6: 00 in the dark in the middle of the residential area with a lot of noise) either do not know the noise protection ordinance in Bad Vöslau or are apparently not sufficiently informed by Favoritbau or simply ignored. On Saturdays, work is still partly done, most recently from 5.9 to 13:00, although the regulation should have been known for 2.5 years (e.g. Saturday from 12:00 rest). Unfortunately, the site manager was on 5.9. unreachable. Kind regards

Der belagfertige Rohbau war nach 8 Monaten fertig, so dass wir mit dem Innenausbau starten konnten - in weniger als einem Jahr sind wir in unser neues Haus umgesiedelt. Und das zu dem vereinbarten Fixpreis. Das wichtigste: Unvorhersehbare Probleme (die es beim Bauen immer gibt), wurden transparent angesprochen und professionell gelöst, ohne dass für uns zusätzliche Kosten entstanden sind. Top! We built with FAV in 2018 and are very satisfied. The ready-to-use building shell was ready after 8 months, so that we could start with the interior work - in less than a year we moved to our new house. And at the agreed fixed price. The most important thing: Unpredictable problems (which always exist when building) were addressed transparently and solved professionally without incurring additional costs for us. Top!
M	Michael Reiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich habe extra 4 Jahre mit der Bewertung gewartet, da man nie weiß was die Zukunft nach einem Neubau so mit sich bringt. Haben in laxenburg gebaut. Ich muss sagen, dass die rundumbetreuung durch Herrn pfabigan und Herrn pretzner excellent war. Bis auf einige setzungsrisse, die ganz normal sind ist das Haus komplett fehlerfrei und fachgerecht gebaut worden. Hier muss man wirklich sagen, nimm ein paar Euro mehr in die Hand und bekommst auch mehr dafür. Die Abwicklung hat super funktioniert und auch die subfirmen haben wirklich gute Arbeit geleistet. Also wenn nochmal gebaut wird dann sicher mit Favorit. Danke ??? So I waited an extra 4 years with the evaluation, because you never know what the future will bring after a new building. Have built in laxenburg. I have to say that the all-round support from Mr. Pfabigan and Mr. Pretzner was excellent. Except for a few settlement cracks, which are quite normal, the house has been built completely flawlessly and professionally. Here you really have to say, take a few more euros and get more for it. The process worked really well and the sub-companies did a really good job too. So if there is another building, then it will definitely be with a favorite. Thank you ???
