M	Martin Rupp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wurde meine Markise nicht sachgerecht auf dem Vollwärmeschutz meiner Dachterrasse installiert (Stichwort: Kältebrücke). Die nur teilweise abgedeckte Distanzhülse wurde weder ausgeschäumt noch silikoniert. Dies wäre aber notwendig, wenn kein Schlagregen an den Holzbalken dahinter gelangen soll. Das wurde mir von einem Fachmann später auch bestätigt. Da ich dies aufgrund der Lage der Bohrung (in gut 3m Höhe) erst viel zu später (nach Jahren) entdeckt habe, war die Firma Sun-Tech nur bereit diesen Pfusch zu beheben, wenn ich eine zweite Markise für meinen zweiten Balkon kaufe. Hätte ich vielleicht sogar gemacht, wenn die Firma zuerst - und ohne Bedingungen - die Leistung erbracht hätte, wofür ich sie damals bezahlt habe. So aber sicher nicht! Ich lass mir das nun lieber von einer Fachfirma im Frühjahr für teures Geld ausbessern. P.S.: Wirklich völlig waagrecht war die Markise leider auch nie montiert. Dies war mir aber bisher egal - nur zusätzlich nun auch eine Kältebrücke war mir dann doch zuviel, daher diese schlechte Bewertung. Unfortunately, my awning was not properly installed on the full thermal insulation of my roof terrace (keyword: cold bridge). The spacer sleeve, which is only partially covered, was neither foamed nor siliconized. However, this would be necessary if driving rain should not get on the wooden beams behind it. This was later confirmed to me by a specialist. Since I discovered this much too late (after years) due to the location of the hole (at a good 3m height), the Sun-Tech company was only ready to fix this botch if I buy a second awning for my second balcony. I might even have done it if the company had first performed the service for which I paid for it, without any conditions. But not sure! I prefer to have it repaired by a specialist company in spring for expensive money. P.S .: Unfortunately, the awning was never really completely horizontal. So far, I didn't care - only now a cold bridge was too much for me, hence this bad rating.

Daher wandten wir uns an die Firma SUN-TEC. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat kam am nächsten Tag ein Techniker welcher das kaputte Rollo begutachtete und es mitnahm zur Reparatur. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir schon das reparierte Rollo zurück – es konnte das Getriebe getauscht werden. Wir sind sehr froh über die rasche und unbürokratische Lösung, denn ohne Blendschutzrollo ist es fast unmöglich zu arbeiten? Vielen Dank für die rasche Hilfe! We had a problem with one of our antiglare blinds. The company "Shadow & More" that sold us this one is not available anymore. Therefore, we turned to the company SUN-TEC. After a short phone call came the next day a technician who examined the broken blind and took it with him for repair. The next day we got back the repaired roller blind - it could be replaced the gearbox. We are very happy about the quick and unbureaucratic solution, because without the anti-glare roller blind it is almost impossible to work Thank you for the quick help!

Sehr lösungsorientiert, brauchte einen Zusatz wegen Sonnenstand, um die Markise optimal zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten zu nutzen, wurde sehr gut umgesetzt!! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!! M	Michaela Szabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben von Sun-Tech Sonnenschutztechnik eine Terrassenüberdachung aus Alu nach Maß erhalten, die uns wirklich die allergrößte Freude bereitet (wir sind täglich länger auf der Terrasse als im Haus)! Auf der Wetterseite wurden außerdem zwei große Glasfenster (nach Maß) eingebaut, die Wind und Regen von unserer schönen neuen Terrasse und der Lounge fern halten (wir sitzen nun auch bei Regen draußen). Wir wurden bestens beraten, nicht nur hinsichtlich Größe, Farbe, Material, sondern darüber hinaus auch hinsichtlich Funktion und Weiterentwicklungspotential. Die Terrassenüberdachung ist nicht nur schön anzusehen, sondern auch stabil und hält jedem Sturm stand (sind schon öfters draußen gesessen um dem Wüten des Sturms zuzusehen), das Material ist qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet und die Terrassenüberdachung ist auf den Millimeter genau ein- bzw. aufgebaut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und Mario und Manuel machen einen großartigen Job! Wir haben schon weitere Aufträge in Planung :-) Auf jeden Fall ist Sun-Tech Sonnenschutztechnik sehr zu empfehlen! The patio cover is not only beautiful to look at, it is also stable and can withstand any storm (have often sat outside to watch the raging storm), the material is of high quality and the patio cover is built in or built up to the millimeter. Es wurde sehr auf Funktionalität, gute Qualität und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis geachtet. Am Anfang etwas skeptisch, sind wir nun extrem zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Zum Insektenschutz können wir momentan noch nichts sagen, da die Insektenzeit erst kommen wird. Sonst ist noch zu sagen, dass diese Firma sehr zuverlässig ist.
