Nachdem die Montage fertig ist und man die Rechnung bezahlt, wird man dannach komplett ignoriert egal was du von denen brauchst. Very unreliable, we have been waiting for the call back for more than 3 months. After the assembly is done and you pay the bill, you will be completely ignored, no matter what you need from them.

And always available and immediate feedback even after payment and installation. The boss even contacted them personally on the evening of the assembly, etc. So some reviews cannot be understood. Everything worked out great for us. Smoothly. Always my pleasure! Absolute recommendation!

X-mal bereits in Konkurs und immer wieder geht das Geschäft von Star Roll weiter. Reine Abzocke!!!! One star is too much for this company!!!!! All just fraud and bad executions! Already bankrupt umpteen times and Star Roll's business keeps going. Pure rip off!!!!
g	gt frln on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Star Roll mit unserem Insektenschutz beauftragt, weil ihr Angebot preislich attraktiv war. Die Montage war zunächst mangelhaft und wurde reklamiert. Es wurde uns insgesamt vier Mal der selbe - lt. Star Roll "erfahrenste" - Monteur geschickt. Nicht alle Mängel konnten behoben werden (siehe Beispielbild). Unsere neuerliche Reklamation wurde vom Monteur mit "es geht nicht anders/besser" quittiert. Ein Entgegenkommen der Firma blieb aus. Einen Stern gibt es für den Preis, den zweiten für die stets höfliche Korrespondenz. Aus unserer Erfahrung können wir Star Roll leider nicht weiterempfehlen. We commissioned Star Roll with our insect protection because their offer was attractively priced. The assembly was initially defective and a complaint was made. The same mechanic - according to Star Roll "most experienced" - was sent to us four times. Not all defects could be remedied (see example image). Our recent complaint was acknowledged by the fitter with "there is no other way/better". There was no accommodation from the company. There is one star for the price, the second for the always polite correspondence. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend Star Roll.
