★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Austria, you have to pay for the vignette *and* you still have toll roads, this is just insane (extorsion is the right word), either vignette or toll, not both, I am still wondering why we have to accept that in Europe ? On top, the price for motorcycles is just 1€ less than for cars, this is pure scandal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an vignette covering entire Austria. Was surprised that I had to pay toll again. Didnt mind considering the engineering behind the entire project. In built car GPS acts a bit weird after you get out of the tunnel and shows you have to go reverse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tunnel is the entrance to the national park which is full of fantastic scenery and typical Austrian views. The right hairpin bends as you leave the tunnel heading south make a great photo. Follow the road south and then east and you can be at the Italian border within 90 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well over 5KM long, be prepared to enter one end on a blissful sunny day, and come out the other side at the top of a mountain in the middle of a blizzard. Also the toll price is reasonable.
