W	Wilfried F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verbunden mit unserem gemeinsamen Aufenthalt in St. Jakob im Defreggen und den Wunsch die Felsenkapelle zu besuchen kommt man zwangsläufig in das Tal. Und ich kann euch sagen: Diese Landschaft, der Abschluss des Tales mit dem Gletscher und dann die vielen kleinen Hütten im Talboden beim INNERGSCHLÖß sind einfach ein Genuss. Ich kenne viele Berge, deren Gipfel und Kreuze sowie die Täler die es dafür zu durchwandern gibt. Aber das Tal hat mich gewaltig beeindruckt. Angefangen vom Tauernhaus dass am Beginn der Wanderung steht bis hin zum Innergschlöß gibt es so viel zu Sehen und Fotografieren das man, so wie wir 4 die doppelte der angeschriebenen Zeit bis zu den Hütten im Innergschlöß braucht. I know many mountains, whose summits and crosses as well as the valleys for it to wander through. But the valley has impressed me tremendously. Starting from the Tauernhaus that stands at the beginning of the hike up to the Innergschlöß there is so much to see and photograph that one, as we need 4 twice the time written to the huts in Innergschlöß.
đ	đức nguyễn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schöne Landschaft. Es lohnt sich schon bisschen weiter zu wandern. Wir haben erstmal den Taxi zum Venedigerhaus genommen und von dort weiter in die Richtung Gletscher. Damit haben wir Zeit und Kraft gespart für einen langen Wanderweg. Ein kompletter Rundweg dauert circa. 4 - 4,5 Stunden aber es hat sich auf jeden Fall ausgezahlt. Ich würde es unbedingt empfehlen, auch wenn man nicht den ganzen Rundweg schafft, nach 30 min sieht man schon die ersten schönen Aussichten. Wenn man die Felsenkapelle unbedingt nicht verpassen will, dann sollte lieber zu Fuß auf dem Rückweg hinlaufen. Da kann man ohne große Anstrengung gut zurücklaufen. Super beautiful landscape. It is worthwhile to hike a little further. We first took the taxi to the Venedigerhaus and from there continued towards the glacier. This saved us time and energy for a long hiking trail. A complete circular route takes about. 4 - 4.5 hours but it definitely paid off. I would definitely recommend it, even if you can't do the whole circular route, after 30 minutes you can already see the first beautiful views. If you don't want to miss the rock chapel, then you should rather walk there on the way back. You can walk back easily without much effort.
C	Carin van de Wiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wandeling, vlak áls je wenst, ook over de bergrand mogelijk met stevige stijging/daling mogelijk. Weegaloze pure en prachtige natuur. Voor minder sportievere rijden er taxi's à €5,- p.p. Walk, flat if you wish, also over the mountain edge possible with a strong ascent/descent possible. Unequaled pure and beautiful nature. For less sporty taxis there are taxis at €5,- p.p.
V	Verena Schellhorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr empfehlenswerte ca. 4-stündige Wanderung am Gletscherlehrweg, Ausgangspunkt Venedigerhaus. Landschaftlich ein Traum. Unbedingt Zeit zum verweilen auf den Steinplatten einplanen! Highly recommended approx. 4-hour hike on the glacier educational trail, starting point at Venedigerhaus. A dream landscape. Make sure you plan time to linger on the stone slabs!

En el camino hay varios refugios, llegas a un pueblecito precioso y puedes seguir hasta llegar al glacial (un recorrido más para expertos) Beautiful hiking area you leave your car in the paid parking lot and you can go up on foot or with a taxi. On the way there are several shelters, you arrive at a beautiful little village and you can continue until you reach the glacier (one more tour for experts)

J	Jonathan Presburger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the hike to the glacier and it was unbelievable!! Highly recommended. It was pretty hard, around 5 hours with elevation gain of 950m. You can take a taxi from/to Matreier Tauernhaus instead of walking (you need to park there in any case) so you can save your energy for the glacier trail
