Aber dieses Mal wurden uns teilweise Leistungen in Rechnung gestellt, die wir uns überhaupt nicht erklären können! Dieses Service werden wir als Kunden vom Sturmayr und als Familie wohl nicht mehr nutzen! I was at the Sturmayr with my family a few days ago and have always been very satisfied with the price-performance ratio! But this time we were partially billed for services that we cannot explain at all! As Sturmayr customers and as a family, we will probably no longer use this service!

Selim an mir perfekte Beratung und Umsetzung durchgeführt. TOP Leistung zu Toppreis und exzellentem Service. Sicher nicht zum letzten Mal war ich da. Vielen Dank Decided at short notice and got an appointment within 45 minutes. I myself work in the service sector, where Mrs. Selim gave me perfect advice and implementation. TOP performance at a top price and excellent service. I was definitely not there for the last time. Many Thanks

I	Irina Ira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously? After explaining what i like and showing pictures of hair styles as an example, i get an uneven cut! Right side 2 cm shorter then left side... unclean line, not properly blended haircut! Before starting to cut, the hairdresser didn’t ask any questions and didn't advise me on whether certain styles will suit my hair or not based on the nature of my hair. I was told, that it can be done how I ask and that I don't have to style (I never do! I have perfect straight hair – it falls down after it dries out naturally beautiful after a good haircut). I needed to come back to fix this 10 min “masterpiece”. My hairdresser accepted and corrected obvious uneven cut and after that was trying to convince me that everything else couldn't be done any different (didn't want to correct!), because it’s already beautiful and that I just need to style it after i air-dried! Btw, I was told that my example picture can’t be considered serious...? What? emm..ok... how about making your client satisfied and happy and doing your job professionally and saying what they can and can not do BEFORE the cut!? I mean seriously! P.S.: 2 stars for service staff being polite and friendly. I didn’t get it how I like, nor how I wanted.

I was a tourist in the town and decided to get a hair cut and i must say the results were really good more than the expectations. Thanks to the Sturmayr and to the hair dresser( did not ask the name of the dresser, else could have recommended). Really professional! Thanks
S	Sharon Daxer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic.. I come from Sydney..and Mario who cut my hair was just perfect.. I left feeling stunning and very beautiful and even pre baby me ! Which is what I expect after a salon visit of this calibre.. and the basin wash and massage was one of the best I've had..I was so relaxed. I usually go to another salon but Im actually considering changing because the products used here smell amazing and at the other salon I usually get a headache from how theirs smells.. I would only come to the Altstadt salon though ... The quality here is up with the best ! And if your paying for it that's what you want !
