R	Regina Mahler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derzeit lediglich Ausverkaufsware, Frühlingsdeko so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Schade ich hätte nach neuen Ideen gesucht. Currently only sold out, spring decorations as good as nonexistent. What a shame I would have looked for new ideas.

L	L X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu allererst muss man sagen, wir mögen unsere bei Interio gekauften Möbel wirklich sehr gern. Die Bewertung soll auch nicht diesen Store allein, sondern die Art und Weise, wie das Unternehmen mit Kunden umgeht verdeutlichen. Wir haben unsere Wohnzimmermöbel mit einer relativ kurzen Lieferzeit bestellt - einen Teil zur Lieferung und kleineres zur direkten Abholung im Store. Nachdem der Liefertermin der zur Abholung bestellten Ware verstrichen war, nahmen wir Kontakt mit dem Store auf. Hier stellte man fest, dass sich die Lieferung verzögert (um fünf Wochen). Wir ließen direkt die Lieferzeit der anderen Ware prüfen - auch hier ein ähnliches Problem. Umgehend wurde von uns eine E-Mail an die Zentrale mit der Bitte um Info zum Termin geschickt, schließlich wurden die Möbel bestellt, weil wir diese benötigten - keine Antwort - Schließlich wurden es fünf Nachrichten, da auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war und wir mehrmals nach 10-15 Minuten in der Warteschleife keine Lust mehr hatten. Bei einer guten Firmenpolitik sollte man auf die Kunden zugehen, nicht anders rum. Leider warten wir bis heute auf eine Info von dem Unternehmen. Ach ja. Der Shop in dem wir die Bestellung aufgegeben haben sprach von einer Wiedergutmachung für die Unannehmlichkeiten - Das Ende lasse ich nun einfach offen... First of all, we have to say that we really like our furniture bought from Interio. The rating is also not intended to illustrate this store alone, but rather how the company deals with customers. We ordered our living room furniture with a relatively short delivery time - one part for delivery and a smaller one for direct collection in the store. After the delivery date of the goods ordered for collection had passed, we contacted the store. Here it was found that the delivery was delayed (by five weeks). We had the delivery time of the other goods checked directly - a similar problem here too. We immediately sent an e-mail to the head office asking for information about the appointment, finally the furniture was ordered because we needed it - no answer - finally there were five messages, since no one was reachable by phone and we repeated several times 10-15 minutes in the waiting loop were tired. With a good company policy, you should approach customers, not the other way around. Unfortunately we are still waiting for information from the company. Oh yes. The shop in which we placed the order spoke of a compensation for the inconvenience - I just leave the end open ...

Die zugesagten Liefertermine wurden in keinem Fall eingehalten, diesbezüglich gab es auch keine Infos, auf Nachfrage ebenfalls keine Reaktion bzw. Rückmeldung. Ein absolutes No-Go in diesem Preissegment! Partly really nice furniture but unfortunately an incredibly unprofessional customer service. The promised delivery dates were never met, there was no information on this, and no reaction or feedback on request. An absolute no-go in this price segment!
C	C Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht bei diesem Geschäft. Ich habe vor 1 und halb Jahren etwas bestellt, was nie geliefert werden konnte. Seit 8 Monaten versuche ich das Geld wieder zurückzubekommen. Immer wieder wird man vertröstet. Es passiert nichts. Leider muss ich inzwischen anwaltlich dagegen vorgehen. NICHTS BESTELLEN! Be careful with this business. A year and a half ago I ordered something that could never be delivered. I've been trying to get the money back for 8 months. Again and again one is put off. Nothing happens. Unfortunately, I now have to take legal action against it. ORDER NOTHING!
