L	Lucija Andjel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very insecure, for about 1000 people living in the Pano and other 2 dorms next to it, there is not one guard, not any person responsible for all of us there. People (who are not living there) can come and go in dorm as they please, almost every week there is a case where someone is robbed or kitchen in their floor gets destroyed, alarms set, people are trying to burst into rooms if you don't lock your door while you go to cook in the kitchen, workers steal your stuff while you're away (for holidays at home for example). No one cares about this. Only 2 ladies are working in the reception from 9 until 3 on the working days, so if we, for example, have a problem during the weekend with someone, we have to wait until Monday. And when we tell the problem, they do not do anything about it, because they do not care. They just say it's our mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DORM TO ANYONE. This dorm should not be allowed to work. Also, a lot of people living here are NOT STUDENTS. They are working for years now, some of them even have kids (!) and jobs (!) and still living here! So, a lot of people are not doing their jobs properly, it's all corrupted. Just don't live here if you want to feel safe in the "safest city of the world".

People giving lower ratings probably aren't familiar with housing prices in vienna. Wilhast is doing everything they can for welfare of students. 5 stars from my end!
I	Ian Brandenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for about 6 months. The staff was friendly and helped me solve any issues I had. The fire alarm went off in the building about 3 times during the times I lived here, all around 3am. That was strange, but it didn’t bother me too much. My roommate was nice, and all the people I met on my floor were nice. Made some good friends! The room itself was kind of small, but for the price it’s good. Additionally, take note of the hours of the computer/WiFi help desk. If you miss your payment for WiFi, you could be out of WiFi for a few days depending on the day. So just take note of that, it’s on you to keep up with your WiFi bill. I definitely made that mistake a few times and was out of WiFi. They are very helpful when you go to them on time though. The building is in a pretty good location, not too far from the U4 station.
N	Nika Nov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite expensive, but thats typical for Vienna. (The kitchen on the 3rd floor are always so messy, but its about the people living here, not about the house itself.!) The rooms are great, a great place to live at! The ladies o n the reception are always willing to help you. On the other hand, the internet is not included in the room price, and it is really slow sometimes (sucks when you are having a lesson)
W	Ward Boven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic stay at Haus Panorama. The rooms are big enough to live there a long time! The kitchens are cleaned every morning. There are a lot of facilities (that I couldn't use because of corona), that will made my stay even more unforgettable!
P	Philipp Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living here for a month and don't get most of the bad reviews. The staff has been amazingly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are everything you need and the building is kept clean. There's never been an issue with random people roaming around. All in all it's a great dorm. Edit: after 2 years in Haus Dr. Schärf I'm still very happy to stay here. It's cheap the place gets cleaned very regularly I've been offered to move to a bigger room as requested and parking is cheaper than anywhere else.

V	Vsem Simpa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dorm. Good price. Great staff. Good access to public transportation. Lots of international students. Personally made many friends here and I love it. Obviously, like with many places full of people, there will be messy or/and weird people that do stupid stuff, but trust me, it's unavoidable. Just have to ignore it. Cleaning staff always cleans all the mess that some people leave, so I have a huge respect for them.
