If you want to use your room just for sleeping, taking a quick shower and storing your stuff then it is perfect because the rooms are C.H.E.A.P. Otherwise (in terms of dormitories) I would recommend "base 11", "donaubase" or "Akademikerhilfe". You should take into consideration that they are all quite far away from all the major campuses in Vienna though relatively comfortable to live in.

Mini apartment (single room) is 495€/month and shared apartment for 2 is slightly cheaper. The supermarket Merkur is in the same building and tram and bus station (Konstanzigasse) are just in front of the building.( Bus 26A ) Key pickup should be done in Base19 as it is their main office.

This is a worse play to live. This is really just a temporary housing, I wud not suggest to take it for longer period. I have lived in several students residence, France, Spain, Swiss, italy (temporary housing) but this housing is worse! Not even one point close to anyone of it. They have no idea how to make a compact but still specious room, it's awful in all the sense. There is no one (help desk or reception) who can help you for general things, if in case you got some emergency in night. No building maps in English (which can explain where is: club, music room, gym, laundry etc) It's a lost place!

The fun of bathroom alwayz spinning during the night impossibile to sleep cannot be fixed. If you room near kitchen wake up at late night by people or at 7 every day by cleaning staff. Reception and office assistance unpolite. If window near garden you are gonna hear people always making noise

DO NOT GO - IT IS VERY BAD They charge you at the beginning 50 + 90 euros fees for no reasons. There is no wifi, you have to spend money to buy you a modem. There is no shower curtain, neither the stick for it on the bathroom. They came to clean the common space every day at between 6 and 7.30 waking you up every time (kitchen and floor with vacuum cleaner). There are no window curtains neither the possibility to mount it so you will wake up at 5 with the su light. Even during the night it is bright in the room due to public illumination outside. The common kitchen is not isolated with wall from the rest of the rooms thus when people stay there talking and doing stuff making a lot of noise you will hear everything. It is planned not to let you sleep. Down the door there is some space that let pass smell and sounds from the kitchen.

Terrible place for living, I really don't recommend it at all. They simply got money from my bank account without informing to me. I thought it was a mistaken, later on they informed the reason, but with not a clear argument. And also the gave me back just half of my deposit without any reasons and basically nobody from them really cares to make a phone call to clarify the reasons, everyday I need to write messages through a platform....awful experience I had and therefore I wouldn't recommend it at all!!! Because they should not get money without informing me first (phone or email me) I considere it almost a stealing. Awful experience I had...

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who would go to vienna for some months or a year. This is definetly a place to stay only for a while until you find another place to move in if your are planning to stay longer in Vienna, but it is not designed for erasmus students for example. This explains how are the people who stay there for longer-those who cannot find anyone to move with. There is no common room, which doesn't help either. Most of the people are +30, no problem with that but the rules of the house say that people must be maximum 30. Only half of the laundry machines work. The residence takes no responsibility on helping each student find his/her place for his/her stuff on the kitchen. Clubroom is closed and they have no plan to reopen it. The neighbourhood is nevertheless good and nice for living. There is no WiFi and you will have to get a router or an ethernet wire in the best of the cases. To sum up: only think about moving here in case it is a temporary place to stay in, until you find another place. If you only come here for a year or a semester, there are much better options with a similar place, and I wouldn NOT recommend to come here.

Nicest dorm, where I have ever stayed, except for non friendly personal and seasonal night disturb of random facts such as summer party, construction works amd homeless people on the ground floor sometimes on other floors , which scares u af and usually look like zombies (no offense), seriously , like zombies literally! maybe the effect of drugs ... anyways, dorm located in very calm and green district of vienna at 19s! You may roam around forests and even visit the village which is a part of vienna (grinzing) , where you can try local food and just enjoy your weekend.
