★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nette Leute, echt günstig und ich glaube das einzige Studentenheim in ganz Leoben mit Sauna.
Die Lage ist toll, über ein paar Schrebergärten blickt man auf die Mur. Trotzdem ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum.
Einziger negativer Punkt wäre, dass die Zimmer etwas klein sind. Die sind dafür sinnvoll eingerichtet, sodass man trotzdem ordentlich Stauraum und ausreichend Platz hat.
Im Sommer wird oft gemeintschaftlich gegrillt, Partyraum, Fitnesstudio und Seminarraum (letztes Jahr wurden hier z. B. Lan-Party und Tanzkurs abgehalten) gibt es auch.
Bin froh, dass ich hier bin und würde sofort wieder einziehen!
Super nice people, really cheap and I think the only student residence in all of Leoben with a sauna.
The location is great, over a couple of allotments you have a view of the Mur. Nevertheless, it is easy to get to the city center.
The only negative point would be that the rooms are a bit small. They are sensibly set up for this, so that you still have plenty of storage space and enough space.
In the summer there is often a barbecue together, and there is also a party room, fitness studio and seminar room (last year, for example, a LAN party and dance course were held here).
I'm glad I'm here and would move in again in a heartbeat!
