Der Billa und McDonalds sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und der tägliche Spaziergang zur Uni bringt 12 Minuten Bewegung an den Tagesanfang.
Family atmosphere, friendly atmosphere. The flat share-like structure makes it ideal for people who like to come into contact with others, for whom quality rather than quantity counts at the same time. The Billa and McDonalds are in the immediate vicinity and the daily walk to the university brings 12 minutes of exercise to the start of the day.
