★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergesst diese Studentenheime!! Alles Kommerz für große Ketten. Das hat nichts mit der ursprünglichen Idee zu tun ,armen Leuten beim Studium zu helfen. BITTE geht auf die ÖH Seite der Leobner Uni (Wohnungen) und vergleicht die Preise bei den Wohnungen/Zimmern !! Die privaten Wohnungen und WGs sind billiger und größer. Anmelden von Strom und WLAN usw. ist meißt auch nicht nötig.Weiters gibts privat nicht so hohe Bearbeitungsgebühren und sonstige Aufschläge, welche man bei dem Heim dann im Kleingedruckten findet.( z.B. 25€/Jahr für einen Router oder 50€ Servicegebühr /Jahr). Nicht zu vergessen die komplizierten Regelungen für die Kündigung und die langen Vertragsbindungen bei diesen Studentenheimen.

Ich habe all diese Informationen mühsam aus dem Kleingedruckten herausgefiltert und auch mit Mitarbeitern telefoniert. Ich habe mich nicht über die mangelnde Qualität der Betten beschwert sondern über die allgemein einsichtlichen Vertragsbedinungen Ihres Konzerns. Was in ihrem Hause sonst Grund zur Freude oder zum Missfallen ist, überlasse ich gerne denne die bei Ihnene gewohnt haben. Offensichtlich ist die große Google mutter meiner Ansicht da sie meine Rezension nicht löscht. Think about it before you book !!
Forget those dorms !! All commerce for large chains. This has nothing to do with the original idea of helping poor people study. PLEASE go to the ÖH page of the University of Leoben (apartments) and compare the prices for the apartments / rooms !! The private apartments and shared apartments are cheaper and larger. Registering for electricity and WiFi etc. is mostly not necessary. Furthermore, there are not so high processing fees and other surcharges in the private sector, which you will find in the small print at the home (e.g. 25 € / year for a router or 50 € service fee / year) . Not to forget the complicated rules for termination and the long contractual obligations in these student residences.
Pure rip-off!
Please don't be fooled
I painstakingly filtered out all this information from the small print and also telephoned employees. I did not complain about the poor quality of the beds, but about the generally understandable contractual terms of your group. Whatever else is cause for joy or displeasure in your home, I am happy to leave those who have lived with you. Obviously, the great google mother is of my opinion as she doesn't delete my review. Think about it before you book !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building manager and the top management is not student friendly. They charge a hefty cleaning fee every month and still tried to deny the deposit. When threatened with legal consequences they returned the deposit. International students should stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is equivalent to other dorms except that they have smoke detectors just above the kitchen stove.
That's not the worst part. The vienna office of milestone responds very late to emails. In my case Mr. Christoph responded almost 3 weeks later which costed me 150 euros cancellation fee + harassment due to waiting + efforts to arrange someone to take my room.
I would recommend any other dorm but Milestone.
