A	Anastasia Kraschuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nicht vergleichen mit anderen Studentenheimen, aber bis jetzt, es war das beste Studentenheim in meiner Erfahrung!! Ich will besonderes ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiterin Alina bedanken und Frau Stadtler für Ihre Hilfe! Alina hat mir sehr geholfen in der neue für mich Stadt zu integrieren, hat komplett alles erklärt und erzählt: seit in welches Fitnessstudio sollte ich mich besser anmelden bis welche Unterlagen brauche ich für MA 35. Die beste Unterstützung und Service! Ich hatte auch sehr nette Mitbewohnerinnen und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neu! Ich werde dieses Studentenheim meinen Freunden empfehlen! :)
V	Vladyslava Holiuta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das war mein erstes Studentenwohnheim in Wien und als ich umgezogen war, hatte ich sofort Glück mit ehrenamtlicher Mitarbeiterin Alina Kontakt zu knüpfen. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und dank ihr war es für mich viel leichter mich zu adaptieren. Deshalb will ich meine große Dankbarkeit ihr zum Ausdruck bringen-ohne sie würden meine erste Monate in der ganz neuen Stadt mit mehreren Schwierigkeiten verlaufen. This was my first student residence in Vienna and when I moved I was lucky enough to get in touch with volunteer Alina. She was always helpful and thanks to her it was much easier for me to adapt. Therefore, I want to express my great gratitude to her - without her, my first months in the brand new city would have passed with many difficulties.

Each apartment is done as following : Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one common room (kitchen) Not far from the underground (Line U3) For people coming with their car , depending on the day and the hour you may find or not free available parking spots.

They do cleaning once a week, quite superficial but still good and the rooms themselves are nice. Perfect for a student who doesn’t need much requirements. I would suggest add more washing machines because we are a lot of people and gets busy sometimes.
A	Alex Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I‘ve been living here for close to a year now and I could honestly say that I consider this my second home. Everyone who works here is very kind and understanding. Well, the other students could be more talkative but that‘s something I can live with. Pricing is definitely one of the best I‘ve had during my stay in Vienna. Everything I needed has already been in my dormitory such as a table and storage. They even have cleaning staff which I haven‘t seen somewhere else. The cleaning staff is also very nice and respects when I want to sleep or simply don‘t want anybody to enter my room. Definitely something I would recommend!
E	Emily Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience that a student who just came to Vienna can have. Super great people in the office and also nice neighbours. Of course, as any student dorm sometimes there are parties but there is a responsible person who always fixes the loud noises in the evenings/nights and it's never been an issue for me. The girl who is responsible for the building Alina also lives there and is super nice and very helpful - she explained how I can find the gym in another building and also helped me solve the issue with MA35 ?. Overall, I'm very happy to be living here and can totally recommend !
