★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Alte Technik, konfliktscheue Führungskräfte - bei Problemen wird der Kopf wird in den Sand gesteckt, Mikromanagement, Mitarbeiter wechseln sehr schnell wieder zu anderen Arbeitgebern (in Hagenberg gibt es zum Glück gute Alternativen). Es gelingt meiner Meinung nach dem Management aber leider nicht zu reflektieren woran das liegen könnte beziehungsweise hört man den Mitarbeitern nicht zu oder es gelingt einfach nicht dann auch wirklich etwas zu verändern.
 Unfortunately not recommended. Old technology, conflict-prone executives - in case of problems, the head gets stuck in the sand, micromanagement, employees change very quickly back to other employers (in Hagenberg, there are fortunately good alternatives). It succeeds in my opinion, the management but unfortunately not to reflect on what that might be or you do not listen to the staff or it just does not then really change something.
