R	Robert Volk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Strohlehnenalm ist immer einen Besuch wert. Sehr gemütliche Berghütte/Gasthof wo noch auf einem Tischherd gekocht wird. Durch den selbst gemachten Käse gibt es dort wahrscheinlich die besten Kasnockn in der Region. Wir fahren seit Jahren wenn wir in der Nähe sind hin zum Nachtrodeln (eigene beleuchtete Rodelbahn) und auf eine kräftige Portion Kasnockn mit selbstgebrannten Schnapserl/ Likören. Die Hauswirte Sepp und Christine sind sehr sehr unterhaltsam und gastfreundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder. The Strohlehnenalm is always worth a visit. Very cozy mountain hut / inn where you cook on a table stove. Because of the homemade cheese, they probably have the best Kasnockn in the region. For years we have been going to tobogganing at night (our own lighted toboggan run) and a hearty portion of Kasnockn with homemade schnapps / liqueurs. The landlords Sepp and Christine are very, very entertaining and hospitable. We'll be back for sure.

Zu Fuß ca. 30 - 40 min Great destination in the Gastein Valley. Friendly family who know how to run a rustic alpine pasture. By car in 10 minutes. to be reached from Dorfgastein. On foot approx. 30 - 40 min

Das Essen ist typisch Ösi rustkal und lecker. This alp already impresses with the fact that it is open in May. This is very pleasant for athletes, because the stop at the hotel alleviates the strain. The food is typical Ösi rustkal and delicious.

Ein lohnenswerter Ausflug sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto. Danke! First class family business! Great view, nice flair, super pleasant family, in-house products from our own production (cheese, sausage, etc.). A worthwhile excursion both on foot and by car. Thank you!

Òsterreich hat doch wunderbaren Speck und Wurst und Käse zu bieten. Es hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Wenn es so bleibt ist es nicht zu empfehlen. Die Vorgänger waren einfach besser. Schade nicht mehr mit uns. H.Schäfer I'm there in September. I can not understand that they spend Polish food in this area. Austria has wonderful bacon and sausage and cheese to offer. It did not taste either. If it stays that way it is not recommended. The predecessors were just better. Do not be sorry about us anymore. H.Schäfer
M	Marco Bove on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter Familienbetrieb. Tolle Aussicht und von Dorfgastein in etwas über einer Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Hätte ich fast vergessen: Das Käsebrot war sehr sehr lecker. Very nice family business. Great view and can be reached on foot from Dorfgastein in just over an hour. Really recommendable. I almost forgot: the cheese bread was very, very tasty.
