★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliches Personal, gute Jausn, alles selbstgemacht! und super Aussicht. Man kann mit dem Auto hinfahren, wenn man nicht so gut zu Fuß ist oder von dort eine größere Tour plant. Komme immer wieder gerne ?
 Friendly staff, good snacks, everything homemade! and great view. You can go there by car if you are not that good on foot or if you plan a longer tour from there. Always happy to come back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zu empfehlen als Ausgangspunkt zum oder für die Jause nach der Wanderung zum Schuhflicker. Toller Ausblick, herzliche Menschen, gutes Angebot an hauseigenen Speisen und Getränken.
Highly recommended as a starting point for or for a snack after the hike to the Schuhflicker. Great view, warm people, good range of in-house food and drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view if the clouds are not hanging low. A 20 minute drive up a single track with few places to pass- dangerous.. Very basic food of cheese, bread and meats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little stop if you’re hiking in the area. Grab a beer and soak up some sun, but don’t expect too much.
The menu is small, and consists of basic local bread, cheeses and meat. Beer and wine and Schnaps are available and served ice cold. Unfortunately the service gets overwhelmed very quickly, taking quite a while to take and process - and sometimes forget - orders. Prices are a little steep, too, even accounting for their efforts of transporting the goods up the mountain. Food is okay, but nothing to write home about.
Don’t get me wrong: the people are very friendly, the views are great and the beer is delicious. Even the restrooms are exceptionally clean. Just set your expectations accordingly, as nothing about the Aualm stands out.
