★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und flott. Sie tun ihr Möglichstes und bleiben auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig. Alles sauber und ordentlich.
Punkteabzug gibt es für die Firma Ströck, da sie hier speziell morgens zu wenig Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. 2 Angestellte für vollen Kaffeehausbetrieb, Brotverkauf und Coffee-To-Go in Stoßzeiten ist nicht genug. Man wartet immer und das geht bei den Preisen und grad morgens wenn man es eilig hat leider gar nicht.
 Waitresses are very friendly and brisk. They do their utmost and remain calm even in stressful situations. Everything clean and tidy.
Points are deducted for the Ströck company, because it employs too few employees, especially in the mornings. 2 employees for full coffee shop operations, bread sales and coffee-to-go at peak times is not enough. You always wait and that goes with the prices and especially in the morning when you're in a hurry, unfortunately not at all.

Aber kommen an Filiale Langobardenstraße nicht heran?♂️, die ist perfekt und ist und bleibt meine Lieblingsfiliale. ??
Saleswomen mostly very friendly, good quality and large selection.
But can't get close to the Langobardenstraße branch ? ♂️, it's perfect and is and will remain my favorite branch. ??

Direkt an der U2 gelegen gegenüber Smz Ost Klinikum und Straßenbahnstation.
Good selection of bread (s) & pastries. Cafe to go tastes good too. Cold drinks are also available. Friendly staff and the prices are "ok". I would love to come back
Larger branch than expected from the outside. Clean and bright - :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles war gut. 1 Sterne minus wegen 2G-Regel.. Ich bin schwanger… ich hatte negativ test und mutter kind pass dabei.. trotzdem möchte mich die Kellnerin weg schicken erst… ich war schockiert…
Everything was good. 1 star minus because of the 2G rule.. I'm pregnant... I had a negative test and my mother and child pass it.. but the waitress wants to send me away first... I was shocked...
