Oftmals stinkt es hier nach Verdorbenes. A market where there is everything. Fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, meat and so on. The only thing I don't like is the cleanliness. a	ahies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei der Ströck Zentrale eine Reklamation gemacht. An diesem Unternehmen können sich so manche Firmen ein Beispiel nehmen wie man mit Kundenurgenzen umgeht. Rasch,freundlich und ausgesprochen kundennahe wurde das abgehandelt. Hut ab und 10 Sterne für die Beschwerdebearbeitung. Leider ist der selbe Fall wenige Tage danach wieder eingetreten, bitte eventuell nochmal mit der Filialleitung besprechen, aber danke für Ihre Abwicklung. Auf bitte von Ströck, welcher Fall wieder eingetreten ist: Samstag letzte Woche war wieder kein Weissbrot mehr zu erhalten, diesmal schon um 09:30h das ist recht früh. Liegt aber sicher am Bezirk und der Klientel. Halb so wild, habe es dann am Montag darauf gekauft. Have made a complaint at Ströck headquarters. Update: Kundenservice hat sich wirklich rasch gemeldet und auch eine Wiedergutmachung angeboten. Probleme werden mit dem Filialbetreuer besprochen. Kundenservice ist wirklich TOP ?? Das im September, also weit weg von Weihnachten und Silvester wo dieser Artikel bekannterweise verstärkt gekauft wird. Auf den Hinweis Lachsbrötchen machen zu wollen wurde mir Schweizerbrot empfohlen, was absolut nicht passt. Da könnte eine Schulung der Mitarbeiter helfen, was am Viktor Adler Markt anscheinend wurscht ist. Beim türkischen Böcker erhalte ich beinahe uhrzeitunabhängig den ganzen Tag Weißbrot zum halben Preis das gut schmeckt. Wie soll man dann die ösrerreichische Wirtschaft unterstützen? Perfekte Kruste, perfekte Krume, perfekter Geschmack und nicht schon am nächsten Tag vertrocknet. Wie glücklich wäre ich wenn es das auch in Berlin gäbe. Daher ein Grund mehr, noch öfter nach Wien zu kommen ;-) Your "after-work Chiabatta" is the best bread I have ever had anywhere in the world. Perfect crust, perfect crumb, perfect taste and not dried up the next day. How happy I would be if it also existed in Berlin. So one more reason to come to Vienna more often ;-)
