The best butcher in Vienna according to m.M. and above all at the Viktor Adler market in the same quality and friendliness such as e.g. in the 1st or 8th district

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hühnerschnitzel in der Theke hatte offensichtlich schon ganz andere Zeiten miterlebt. Huhn ist ja schnell mal trocken, aber die Panade auch noch zum austrocknen zu bringen. Wie man Petersilkartoffeln dazu bringt so alt und grauslich zu schmecken ist mir ein Rätsel.
The chicken schnitzel in the counter had obviously seen very different times. Chicken is quickly dry, but the breading should also be allowed to dry out. How they get parsley potatoes to taste so old and horrible is beyond me.
