Dem war nicht so, die Heizung blieb kalt. Wieder rückte der Techniker aus, veränderte etwas bei den Einstellungen und plötzlich, nach dem dritten Besuch, wurde es warm. Auch hier wurde uns ein dreistelliger Betrag in Rechnung gestellt (Arbeitsaufwand: max. 5 Minuten). Meine Bitte, diesen dritten Besuch nicht zu verrechnen (die Einstellungen hätte der Techniker ohne weiteres beim zweiten Mal durchführen können), wurde nicht erhört. Kurz darauf funktionierte die Heizung schon wieder nicht. Es stellte sich heraus, dass das Problem NICHT die von der Firma Stranzl teuer eingebaute Pumpe war, sondern ein Rohrbruch, der von der nächsten Installationsfirma sofort erkannt und behoben wurde. Im Endeffekt zahlten wir also 900 Euro völlig umsonst. Bin enttäuscht und seit heute kein Kunde dieser Firma mehr. Our problem (heating stayed cold) was allegedly resolved after the second visit (total amount almost 900 euros). That was not the case, the heating stayed cold. Again the technician moved out, changed something in the settings and suddenly, after the third visit, it got warm. Here, too, we were charged a three-digit amount (workload: max. 5 minutes). My request not to offset this third visit (the technician could easily have made the settings the second time) was not answered. Shortly afterwards the heating did not work again. It turned out that the problem was NOT the expensive pump installed by the Stranzl company, but a broken pipe, which the nearest installation company immediately recognized and fixed. So in the end we paid 900 euros for nothing. I am disappointed and no longer a customer of this company as of today.

Nach Nachfrage wurden €9 nachgelassen mit einer komplett überschwänglicher nicht passender Bemerkung. Elektriker bei Übergabe vom Motor sehr freundlich und kompetent!! Trotzdem nie mehr wieder!! Completely overpriced! For a simple check of a circular saw motor over €60. Upon enquiry, €9 was discounted with a completely effusive inappropriate remark. Electrician when handing over the engine very friendly and competent! Nevertheless never again!!
