★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab einen Pelletsofen bin eigentlich zufrieden damit. Vor 2 jahren war ein relais kapput und wurde die elektronik getauscht €2000.-kosten und kapputer elektronik teil wurde mitgenommen. 1stens hat kwb keinen kundendienst nur einen supunternehmer fa morianz.2 tens mein kapputes elektronikteil darf ich nicht behalten obwohl ich es bezahlt hab und ja mir gehört. Ich hätt es ja von einem elektroniker richten lassen können. Und das viel billiger.und wer hat jetzt mein entnomenes gerichtetes ersatzteil????
 Have a pellet stove I'm actually happy with it. 2 years ago a relay was kapput and the electronics were exchanged € 2000.-costs and kapputer electronics part was taken. Firstly, kwb has no customer service, only a supervisor fa morianz. 2 tens I may not keep my kapputes electronic part even though I paid for it and yes it belongs to me. I could have had it done by an electronics technician. And that much cheaper. And who now has my derived spare part ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundendienst ist Telefonisch kaum zu erreichen. Ein kurzfristiger Kundendiensteinsatz war selbst für ein Seniorenheim nicht möglich ! ( 4 Tage kein Heizung!) KWB hat meiner Meinung nach im Service stark nachgelassen.....
Customer service can hardly be reached by phone. A short-term customer service was not possible even for a retirement home! (4 days no heating!) In my opinion, KWB has significantly decreased its service .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und ziemlich arrogante Ignoranz bekommt man hier, aber nur wenig Leistung.
Man hat das Gefühl, wenn man sich für eine Anlage von ihnen entschieden hat, ist man nach dem Kauf der Volltrottle und die Melkkuh dieser Firma, der Servicevertrag ist ein Witz. Sehr teuer, wenig Leistung, sehr abschätzige Mitarbeiter.
You get very unfriendly employees and rather arrogant ignorance here, but little performance.
You have the feeling that when you have decided on one of their systems, you are after buying the full bottle and the milking cow of this company, the service contract is a joke. Very expensive, poor performance, very disparaging employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heizungswartungen werden unvollständig durchgeführt und auf Anfrage heißt es nur man wird zurückgerufen. Nach 2 weiteren Anfragen immer die gleiche Information, der zuständige ist nicht am Platz. Seit 20 Tagen kein Rückruf.
Heating maintenance is carried out incompletely and on request it is only called back. After 2 further inquiries always the same information, the person responsible is not at the desk. No callback for 20 days.
