Mal zu sagen, dass es kein Pickerl gäbe, obwohl wir vorher die Bremsen und Einschweissungen machten. Eigentlich war alles erledigt, danach aus heiterem Himmel das Nein zum Pickerl, Frechheit!!! Im Wartebereich gibt es Kaffee und was zum lesen. Die Werkstatt ist sauber und die Autos werden nach jedem Werkstattbesuch in der Waschanlage gereinigt. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil mir bzw. meiner Frau zweimal Scheibenreinigungsmittwl verrechnet werden sollte obwohl ich es direkt vor dem Werkstattbesuch aufgefüllt hatte, habe das reklamiert und es wurde akzeptiert. Good workshop, friendly employees whether in the office or in the workshop. Appointments and cost estimates are kept. There is coffee and something to read in the waiting area. The workshop is clean and the cars are cleaned in the car wash after each visit to the workshop. I deducted a star because I or my wife should be charged twice for window cleaning detergent, even though I had filled it up right before going to the workshop, complained and it was accepted.

Very competent staff, nice and hopeful staff! Fast and excellent service! I have now, although much further away, bought a car there. Here is still on real service and appreciation value and not on bells and whistles.
