Schon der erste Telefonkontakt mit Herrn Rein war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind seiner Einladung gefolgt um uns vor Ort in der Firmenzentrale Hollabrunn einen Eindruck bezüglich der verschiedenen Plattentypen zu machen. Die Auswahl und Qualität ist beindruckend. Das Lager ist riesig man findet Natursteinplatten mit unterschiedlichen "Farbmustern" und "Faserungen" aus allen Herren Ländern. Für uns war das eine neue und tolle Erfahrung! Mit der Hilfe von Herrn Weinhappl konnten wir uns dann für zwei Platten entscheiden. Während des Auswahlprozesses war Herr Weinhappl sehr geduldig und hat uns bezüglich der verschiedenen Möglichkeiten sehr professionell beraten. Es wurde zum vereinbarten Termin geliefert und Herr Förstel war bemüht eine "glatte" Lieferung zu gewährleisten. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht - beide Platten waren sauber verarbeitet und sind der Blickfang in unserem Wohnzimmer geworden. Das Team von stone4you arbeitet professionell und ist absolut kundenorientiert. Wir waren mit dem Service und Qualität hochzufrieden. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung können wir stone4you uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder! We were looking for natural stone slabs for a coffee table and wall bracket. After thorough online research, we landed at stone4you. Even the first telephone contact with Mr. Rein was very friendly and helpful. We accepted his invitation to get an impression of the different types of panels at the company headquarters in Hollabrunn. The choice and quality is impressive. The warehouse is huge - you can find natural stone slabs with different "color patterns" and "grains" from all over the world. It was a new and great experience for us! With the help of Mr. Weinhappl, we were then able to decide on two plates. During the selection process, Mr. Weinhappl was very patient and gave us very professional advice on the various options. It was delivered on the agreed date and Mr. Förstel tried to ensure a "smooth" delivery. We were not disappointed - both plates were neatly processed and have become the eye-catcher in our living room. The stone4you team works professionally and is absolutely customer-oriented. We were very satisfied with the service and quality. Based on this experience, we can unreservedly recommend stone4you. We would be happy to come again!
