Auch diesmal hat mir die liebe Nata wieder geholfen, passende Stoffkombinationen zu finden. Dabei muss ich erwähnen, dass ich spät abends eine Nachricht geschickt habe, mit der Bitte um Hilfe, und prompt (!) eine Antwort erhalten habe. Ich wurde bestens beraten, mir wurden mehrere Auswahlmöglichkeiten an Stoffkombis gezeigt (Fotos geschickt) und auch die passenden Garne hat die liebe Nata für mich bereit gelegt. Beim Bestellvorgang wurde ich ebenfalls unterstützt. Ich bin echt begeistert von dem Service, der Qualität der Stoffe und vor allem von Natas freundlicher Art und Hilfsbereitschaft. Gerade beim Stoffkauf ist es (zumindest bei mir) oft so, dass ich die Stoffe gern selbst angreifen und ansehen würde, damit ich entscheiden kann, ob sie wirklich gut gefallen bzw. zusammenpassen. Aber Dank Natas Hilfe und auch der guten Beschreibungen und originalgetreuen Fotos auf der Homepage ist das nicht nötig und man kann bequem von zu Hause aus shoppen. Die Lieferung ging übrigens ebenfalls sehr schnell - das Paket wurde bereits am nächsten Vormittag versandt und war einen Tag später bei mir. Kann Stoffkids also vollstens empfehlen! Ordered (again) from Stoffkids last week because I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality. Once again, my dear Nata helped me to find suitable combinations of fabrics. I have to mention that I sent a message late in the evening asking for help and received an answer promptly (!). I was given the best advice, I was shown several choices of fabric combinations (photos sent) and dear Nata also laid out the right yarns for me. I was also supported during the ordering process. I am really enthusiastic about the service, the quality of the fabrics and above all from Nata's friendly manner and willingness to help. When buying fabrics, it is often the case (at least for me) that I would like to touch and look at the fabrics myself so that I can decide whether they really like or go together. But thanks to Nata's help and the good descriptions and photos that are true to the original on the homepage, this is not necessary and you can shop comfortably from home. The delivery was also very quick - the package was sent the next morning and was with me a day later. So I can fully recommend Stoffkids!
