★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu einem anthrazitfarbigen Stoff wurde mir ein rosa Futterstoff für einen Rock angeboten. Gut, dass ich weiß, was ich will! Ist das Beratung in einem Fachgeschäft oder ist die Verkäuferin überfordert!? Ob ich als Stammkunde gespeichert bin, wurde nicht gefragt. Wahrscheinlich war der Einkauf zu gering, der den Aufwand nicht lohnt.
 In addition to an anthracite-colored fabric, I was offered a pink lining for a skirt. Good thing I know what I want! Is that advice in a specialist shop or is the saleswoman overwhelmed !? It was not asked whether I am registered as a regular customer. The purchase was probably too small, which is not worth the effort.

Relativ hochnäsiges Personal
Wenn man nicht dem typischen spießigen Milieu entspricht wird man dumm angekuckt und von oben her so herablassend bedient.
Geht absolut gar nicht.
Da muss sich gewaltig was ändern sonst kann der Laden auf kurz oder Lang zusperren.
Im Übrigen werden Frauen in diesem Laden bevorzugt und als Mann wird man nur sehr selten angesprochen . Absolutes No-Go

Something has to change tremendously, otherwise the store could be closed for a short or long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr kompetente und höfliche Mitarbeiter die noch Ahnung vom Fach haben. Beratung immer top und es wird auch auf günstige Alternativen hingewiesen oder Tipps gegeben. Können auch fast alles bestellen und haben ein riesiges Sortiment. Preislich eher oberes Mittelfeld, jedoch zahlt man das bei der Beratung gerne. Von Stoffen bis hin zu Bordüren, Knöpfe und mehr alles vorhanden. Hier ist Kunde noch König!
Very competent and polite staff who have no idea about the subject. Advice always top and it is also pointed to cheap alternatives or tips. Can also order almost everything and have a huge assortment. Price rather upper midfield, but you pay for the advice like. From fabrics to borders, buttons and more everything available. Here customer is still king!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine riesengroße Auswahl an Stoffen! Ein Stern Abzug, weil wir ewig warten mussten, bis mal eine Verkäuferin auf uns aufmerksam wurde. Diese war dann aber sehr freundlich und kompetent! Absolut zu empfehlen!
A huge selection of fabrics! A star deduction, because we had to wait forever for a saleswoman to notice us. But then she was very friendly and competent! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Mann wird man einfach nicht angesprochen. Jede Frau die nach mir rein kam wurde sofort gefragt, ich wurde gute 10 min. Ignoriert. Als als der Chef hat meine fragenden Blicke dann bemerkt und mich gefragt als er rein kam.
As a man you are simply not spoken to. Every woman who came in after me was asked immediately, I was ignored for a good 10 minutes. When the boss noticed my questioning looks and asked me when he came in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Laden für den kleinen Mann. Die Stoffe sind so teuer wie meine Wohnungsmiete.
Wir wurden nicht über den Preis informiert und konnten die Ware dann nicht zurückgeben, weil der Stoff für uns bestellt wurde.
Anton ist das Geld wohl wichtiger als die Kundenzufriedenheit
No shop for the little man. The fabrics are as expensive as my apartment rent.
We were not informed of the price and then could not return the goods because the fabric was ordered for us.
Money is probably more important to Anton than customer satisfaction
