Ich meide es hinzugehen wenn diese Dame Arbeitet, sie lässt es einem sehr spüren wenn man kinder mit hat. Schade. Great fabrics, sometimes great staff. Children are unfortunately not wanted with every saleswoman .... I avoid going there when this lady is working, she makes you feel very much when you have children with you. Too bad.

Bei strömenden Regen wurde ich wieder vor die Türe geschickt, weil angeblich 5 Leute im Geschäft waren. Wenn das ordentlich kommuniziert wird, ist das kein Problem, aber kein Wort des Bedauerens oder ein Entschuldigung ist ein absolutes No-Go. I don't like this shop very much anyway, but I won't visit it for a long time. In the pouring rain I was sent back to the door because there were supposedly 5 people in the shop. If that's communicated properly, that's not a problem, but not a word of regret or apology is an absolute no-go.

Obwohl ich nicht wirklich näherfahren bin, begegneten mir beide Angestellten mit sehr viel Freundlichkeit, Geduld und auch Humor, ich konnte alleine stöbern, bei Fragen wurde ich kompetent und sehr nett beraten. Die große Stoffauswahl an Jerseystoffen und das Betriebsklima machen Lust auf Wiederkommen! I was here for the first time today. Although I didn't really drive closer, both employees met me with a lot of friendliness, patience and humor, I was able to browse alone, and if I had any questions I was given competent and very nice advice. The large selection of jersey fabrics and the working atmosphere make you want to come back!

Man erhofft sich ja beim kleinen Laden um die Ecke als Stammkunde auch so wahrgenommen zu werden, dies ist hier leider nicht so. Auch die Preise sind überzogen und das Personal eher unfreundlich. Wir werden uns eine Alternative suchen. Unfortunately, such businesses are the reason why online trading is booming! One hopes to be perceived as a regular customer at the small shop around the corner, but unfortunately this is not the case here. The prices are excessive and the staff rather unfriendly. We will look for an alternative.

Leider erfuhr ich, dass sie nicht mehr oft im Geschäft sondern im Büro ist. Die anderen Verkäuferinnen sind froh, wenn man sie nicht "belästigt". Ich habe hier schon sehr viel gekauft, bin aber die letzten Male ohne Einkauf wieder gegangen ob der unfreundlichen und uninteressierten Behandlung. So treibt man die Kundschaft ins Internet. 5 Sterne NUR wegen Frau Franziska! I went shopping today and was very happy when I saw the saleswoman Franziska. She is the only competent and friendly person in this business. Unfortunately, I learned that she is no longer in the shop but in the office. The other saleswomen are happy if you don't "bother" them. I've already bought a lot here, but the last few times I went without shopping because of the unfriendly and uninterested treatment. Die nette Dame hat sich ganz viel Zeit für mich genommen und mir alles gezeigt und auch erklärt (ich bin eine Nähanfängerin). Die Stoffe sind wunderschön, die Bedienung top und das Geschäft sieht dazu super aus, innen und außen! (Bunt bemalte Außenwände, ganz künstlerisch) ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Great advice, I felt very well looked after. The nice lady took a lot of time for me and showed me and explained everything (I'm a sewing beginner). The fabrics are beautiful, the service is great and the shop looks great, inside and out! (Colorfully painted exterior walls, very artistic) I would love to come back!

Kompetent...immer freundlich...immer hilfsbereit und egal wieviel Kunden im Geschäft sind, für jeden ein offenes Ohr . Es macht echt Freude bei ihr einzukaufen. Einziger Nachteil...man kauft mehr als man vor hatte (nicht negativ gemeint). Top offers, very good advice. To have a saleswoman like Franziska... lucky. Competent...always friendly...always helpful and no matter how many customers are in the shop, they always have an open ear. It's a real pleasure to shop with her. The only downside... you buy more than you had planned (not meant negatively).
