Erfreulich freundlicher Kontakt, Termin bestätigt und toll eingehalten. Monteur ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und gewissenhaft. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können diesen Betrieb einfach nur weiterempfehlen! After a few sub-optimal experiences with other companies regarding thermal maintenance we finally came to Fa. Thomas Stock. Pleasantly friendly contact, appointment confirmed and met great. Fitter is very competent, friendly and conscientious. We are completely satisfied and can only recommend this company!

Der Chef kam noch einmal kontrollieren und hat ein Schönheitsfehler bei den Fliesen gefunden und dieser wurde kostenlos am nächsten Tag ausgebessert. I would like to thank you very much! A quick appointment and everything that was promised to me was implemented. The boss came back to check and found a blemish in the tiles and this was repaired free of charge the next day.

Ein Gassicherheitscheck das 15 Minuten dauerte und 120 Euro kosten soll hat sie mir einen Erlagschein gesendet das 163,20 kostet mit der Begründung sie hatte es an die BH weiter geleitet ohne mich zu informieren für den mehr Aufwand.Die EVN macht es für den gleiche Preis, zur Info. Das hätte ich selber gemacht,wenn ich die Überprüfung bekommen hätte. Werde nie wieder eine Leistung bei diesem Unternehmen in Anspruch nehmen. Sehr unfreundliche Dame im Empfang und leider nicht professionell. Bin sehr enttäuscht mit was für Rechnungen die Leute um ihr Geld betrogen werden. A gas safety check that lasted 15 minutes and should cost 120 euros, she sent me a payment slip that costs 163.20 on the grounds that she had forwarded it to the BH without informing me for the more effort. EVN does it for the same price , For info. I would have done that myself if I had got the review. I will never use a service with this company again. Very unfriendly lady in the reception and unfortunately not professional. I am very disappointed with the bills people get cheated out of their money. T
