★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlampig und mühsam...
Katastrophale Firma welche über unseren Generalunternehmer bei uns sämtliche Installationen durchgeführt hat.
Was soll man sagen, wir hoffen dass nun keine Mängel mehr auftreten.
Angefangen davon, dass keine WC-Geruchsabsaugung bekannt ist, obwohl in deren Programm gelistet, über mehrfache Montage der Haupt-Wasserzuleitung zum Haus, da diese immer undicht war, weiter zu Armaturen im WC und in der Küche die undicht waren, hin zu Absaugung der Wohnraumlüftung, die immer wieder raussprangen, da nicht ordentlich montiert, samt undichter Duschtasse welche ohne Überlegen (mit planer Ausführung auf nicht planer Oberfläche - statt dafür vorgesehene Ausgleichselemente zu verwenden) montiert wurde und erst beim dritten mal funktioniert sowie Badewannenstöpsel der kaputt oder nicht ordnungsgemäß montiert wurde (Vermutung Hersteller).
Kurz gesagt: es gibt keinen Grund für eine Empfehlung solange so schlampig gearbeitet wird, bleibt nur zu sagen: Finger weg und mehr ausgeben!

Catastrophic company which has carried out all installations for us through our general contractor.
What can you say, we hope that there are no more defects.
Starting from the fact that no toilet odor extraction is known, although listed in their program, through multiple installation of the main water supply to the house, since it was always leaking, to fittings in the toilet and in the kitchen that were leaking, to suctioning the Living room ventilation that kept leaping out because it was not properly installed, including a leaky shower tray that was installed without thinking (with a flat design on a non-flat surface - instead of using the compensating elements provided) and only works the third time and bathtub plugs that are broken or not properly installed was (guess manufacturer).
In short: there is no reason for a recommendation as long as work is so sloppy, all that remains is to say: stay away and spend more!

Excellent straightforward collaboration. We made a new house 15 years ago with Aqua and needed help over the years, including all service work, etc. - always very professional and reliable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns im Zuge unseres Neubaus für diese Firma entschieden. Anfangs wollten wir eigentlich nur mal ein Angebot einholen. Doch das Beratungsgespräch mit dem Techniker hat uns überzeugt. Er war wirklich sehr freundlich und kompetent. Und siehe da, wir wurden nicht entäuscht. Heizung wurde geliefert, fachgerecht montiert und Fragen zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Ein herzliches Dankeschön!
We chose this company in the course of our new building. In the beginning we only wanted to get an offer. But the consultation with the technician convinced us. He was really very friendly and competent. And lo and behold, we were not disappointed. Heating was delivered, professionally installed and questions were answered satisfactorily. A big thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mein Haus umgebaut (Neue Heizkörper und ein neues Badezimmer)! Die Firma Aqua hat alles super geplant und genauso gemacht! Toll war der Monteur, der war flink wie ein Wiesel! Preis passte nach der Verhandlung auch :)
I have rebuilt my house (new radiators and a new bathroom)! The Aqua company planned everything well and did the same! The fitter was great, he was as quick as a weasel! Price also fit after the negotiation :)

Totally unreliable! Don't even manage to make an appointment for the cost estimate for the new heating. You forgot and one of the sick days was rude to me !!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin wurde eine Woche vorher ausgemacht. Lt dem freundlicher Herren am Telefon sollte zw 13 und 14 der Mitarbeiter kommen.
Gekommen ist leider niemand. Angerufen hat auch niemand. Firma war nicht mehr erreichbar da Freitag war.
Danke für nichts. Dann wird eben eine andere Firma kontaktiert.

Unfortunately nobody came. Nobody called either. Company was no longer available because it was Friday.
