★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer Salys und Ulrichs kreative Misopasten, Kimchis, Aufstriche, Ragouts etc. noch nicht kennt, sollte dringend bei den beiden vorbeischauen und sich auf ungewöhnliche aber gleichzeitig sooo gute Geschmacksexplosionen gefasst machen. Immer wieder einen Spaziergang in Richtung Yppenplatz wert und auch immer gleich eine große Tasche mitnehmen - unter 3 Gläsern gehe ich selten nach Hause. ?
If you don't know Salys and Ulrich's creative miso pastes, kimchis, spreads, ragouts, etc., you should urgently stop by them and be prepared for unusual but at the same time sooo good taste explosions. Always worth a stroll in the direction of Yppenplatz and always take a large bag with you - I rarely go home with 3 glasses. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saly & Ulrich from b*l*v*b (blub) are well-known in Vienna for their kimchi, pickles & ferments in general. Besides that they do hot sauces and chutneys. All of these from locally grown vegetables. With plenty of vegan options it’s hard not to find something you’d like.
